I’m on the phone with my friend. She is currently at this location. I was on the phone with her for 5 minutes while she sat at the drive through waiting for someone to come to take her order. The people in the 2nd drive through lane were being serviced and she wasn’t. I told her to drive to the window and order. Finally, the person came over the speaker to take her order. My friend mentioned that she was waiting for 5 minutes and the lady failed to apologize. This is terrible. I’ve never been to this location but from what I just overheard on the phone… I definitely never will go. Customer service is a lost art.

This McDonald’s is SLOW. They have two drive thrus and it makes no difference whatsoever. The staff are ok as far as friendliness, but a little more enthusiasm would go a long way. Also, this is one of the only McDonald’s locations that hasn’t received an update yet. It’s been the same old building for many years It’s really disappointing considering there are many «nicer» McDonald’s franchises around the Metro Atlanta area. Stone Mountain is a middle class area. Why can’t our McDonald’s look as good as the ones right next door in Snellville? I rarely come to this one any mor because there are better McDonald’s locations just down the street.

This McDonalds is best to go to in the daytime. I’ve noticed the difference in service between daytime and night time shifts. Daytime food is fresh, fast staff is usually friendly. I like this one because the play center is usually empty and my kids enjoy eating and playing here.

Fast food… um no. It is obvious they do not care here. The lady that took my order disappeared shortly after and I didn’t see her again until I left when I noticed her sitting in her car on the phone.
I understand you work at McDonald’s but maybe this is why?

I second Michael’s review this is the worst McDonalds ever!!!
I live up the road from this place & I would rather drive 2 miles in the opposite direction to hit the one on highway 78
Avoid at all cost!!!
