This location does not deserve one star! I visited the location on US-78 in Stone Mountain Georgia on March 28, 2016. I ordered a family meal and hot wings, everything was cold, overcooked and the wings had an odd taste. I attempted to call the store; however, the telephone was not answered. The following day, I called again and the employee flat out refused to put a manager on the line. I filed an online complaint via the website that same day but didn’t receive any feedback. On 4/6, I called the corporate care line and found out my complaint was closed without response — the agent reopened and escalated my case then indicated I would receive a call. Between 4⁄6 and 4/28, I called customer service seven(7) additional times to find out why I had yet to be contacted. My complaint was escalated on five separate occasions and I also spoke with a supervisor, who informed me that she couldn’t do anything more expect escalate the complaint. On 4/29, I attempted to contact Yum Brands(parent company of KFC) without success and I reached out the to SE Franchisee Association to attempt to reach the franchise owner for this location. Today is 5⁄1 and I had YET to be contacted by anyone regarding this incident.

The 2 stars that I am giving out to this particular KFC is strictly for customer service and not quality of food. This is not my usual KFC that I visit and not my usual food order so I thought it was important to review this particular location and type of food. Headed home from dropping some friends off at the airport and saw a sign at KFC advertising their«hot Nashville chicken». I have actually recently been to Nashville and thought it would be a good idea to try some authentic HOTNASHVILLECHICKEN and it was delicious. Fried chicken with a deep spicy flavor that is flavor infused and not too spicy. The KFC hot Nashville chicken was nothing like that but I digress for now. Let me tell my good customer service story first. I pulled up to the drive. –thru and wanted to order just three pieces of the chicken and not buy the meal. When I tried to do that, the lady working the drive-thru microphone explained to me that the way I wanted to do it is actually much more expensive and that ordering a meal is much cheaper. She was very pleasant about it and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the best deal for my money. I really appreciated her effort and made sure to tell her so when I arrived at the window to pick up my food. Now to the food … The HNC was disgusting !! It was soaked in grease and I wish now I would have taken a picture of the bottom of the box to show you guys. When I picked up the chicken from the box, grease literally dripped off the bottom for about 30 seconds, drop by drop, a reddish in color thick greasy mess. I took napkins and blotted my chicken in an attempt to soak up some of the heart attack juice. The skin was very elastic like and brought me back to my childhood(yes, in the 70’s) Almost like biting into a «stretch Armstrong doll» The chicken meat itself was very juicy and cooked perfectly. The chicken flavor was SOOOOOHOT that it instantly gave me indigestion and about an hour later as I was I was burping up grease bubbles and sitting on the toilet begging God for forgiveness to make the butt burn go away I was very much regretting my decision to eat that chicken. You have been warned !

KFC corporate needs to do something about the professionalism of the staff working at this location and the poor service they are providing. On a Saturday night at 10:15pm they stop serving chicken. This ridiculous I live 5 minutes from this location and sometimes I have to travel to up north of Hey 78 to get chicken from different KFC. This is by far the worst KFC.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. The lady was very rude and got my order Wrong and also charged me $ 2 for charity and did not ask me if I wanted to donate. They would only change my sides and not give me another meal. I say go to Popeyes up the street or churches or find another KFC. I will never go back here ever again.

I came here from nc and our KFC’S there aren’t so unprofessional like this ones here. The staff talk about our their problems in the store customer u can hear everything they say. I told the manager they need help with this and she told me it’s back they r teenagers when I was a teenager we where very professional. What is going on in this world.

The food is still the same but the service still sucks. I said in my last review that I was going to try Popeye’s chicken up the road. I think it’s time I started heading that way.
