Came here with my whole family the day after my cousins wedding before we all hit the road. Worst mistake ever. It was the closest option but we should have kept driving. First off, I called to let them know we had a big party coming. They basically didn’t want us to go, they said they were really short staffed. We didn’t have a choice and didn’t mind waiting so we went anyway. The waitress was horrible. She didn’t make eye contact with anyone. Never smiled. It was just an overall mess with the service. The food is basic Applebee’s quick crap that you just have to deal with.

The service was awful. When we came we weren’t given our drinks. When they did bring a drink, they only had one out of the two people. Also, they were down on clean silverware so they gave us plastic ware. Disappointment overall. When we received food we weren’t even hungry. Ended up walking out. We tried to get the manager multiple times but he would never stop at our table. Never coming back here.

Love the Monday night unadvertised special. Not happy when you sit at the bar for quicker service and still get Cold fries. Bartender expected to do too much.

The service was accidental at best, and they did not have items that were on the menu. Overall, I was not impressed with anything! I will not be back.

This restaurant was filthy. We arrived at about 12:30AM and the tables that were not occupied were filthy. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to great us at the door. The hostess(manager) had a party of 5(isn’t that the name of an old TV show?) before us. The waiter grabbed a used paper towel from the hostess stand to clean it up. The manager then told him to clean up another table for us. So he moved the dishes to a smaller table where there were other dishes, because one big pile is better than two smaller piles, and proceeded to grab the same old paper towel. My wife and I yelled, «STOP! Please get a clean towel.» At this time the manager seemed to be embarrassed and the waiter felt busted but he got the clean roll of paper towels and the cleaning solution. We went on to order an appetizer which were the Grilled Chicken Fried Won-Tons. We only wanted water and the ½ priced appetizer deal required a beverage purchase. We asked the waiter if we can get the deal without ordering a drink and because of the situation thus far, he agreed. About 10 minutes later, we ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken Piadini and the Shrimp & Broccoli Cavatappi. The entrée’s came out with a different waiter within 5 minutes. Piping hot. The sandwich was not made like the pictures as the wrap was not tight. The meat and bacon were only in the middle and not spread out throughout the wrap. The Shrimp in the Cavatappi were very crunchy and fresh. It was delicious but skimpy. You may be asking yourself, what about the appetizer? We were asking ourselves the same thing. After the meal the original waiter came back and saw that my water glass was empty. To be fair, it was empty before we got the food. He said that he will get us more water. Then I asked him about the Won-Tons, he acted surprised that we hadn’t received them yet. He finally brought them out, piping hot and delicious. We then waited for the check. The manager came by to talk to us. Not to apologize but to talk about all kinds of things. All the while, the dishes at the adjoining table were JUST then being picked up. The pictures were our view during our meal. The tab was for the two entrees. No charge for the won-tons. UPDATE: The GM called me upon reading my survey. He stated that he started at that location 2 months ago and that he has spoken to the manager and server. He humbly apologized and asked us to return. We will think about it.

Three times I’ve said I would never go to this Applebee’s again; three times enough time passed that I’ve given it another try. Third time is the charm; I will NEVER go to this Applebee’s again. The last time I dined in we received our order in stages – first this person’s food, a little while later that person’s food. Never received drink refills. Practically had to reach out and grab the waitress to get her attention; her goal seemed to be to avoid eye contact at all costs so she wouldn’t have to provide any service. Bad as it was, the dine-in service was better than their ‘curbside to go’ service. I’ve tried it several times — ordered online, waited a good 5 – 10 minutes past the time the food was promised to arrive, called from the parking lot to let them know I was outside waiting, no food. Twice I waited ten minutes, called again, and was told I had to come in. Once they’d lost my order — even though once I read them the order number from my phone they found it, cooked and cooling. Second time they said they didn’t have curbside to go on that particular night — which they did not tell me the first time I called so I’d been sitting for ten minutes while my food got cold. My cell number was on the order, so why they didn’t call back to let me know I had to come inside I don’t know. And don’t bother emailing Applebee’s — their website promised a response with a certain number of days. That was six months ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. At any rate, I’m done. Terrible, terrible service. There’s another Applebee’s about fifteen minutes away; inconvenient as it is, if I want Applebee’s again I’ll drive further to avoid having to go to this location.

I must start off by saying when the family decided on this place I said no but I was overruled. We arrived to the restaurant and had to wait 5m while the hostess flirted before we were even acknowledged. Once noticed we were seated fairly quickly so as of right now we’re 50⁄50. The waitress arrives and begins with the usual drink orders, however, we knew what we wanted and advised so she could take our orders. As this was Sunday night the football game was on and suffice to say we had to repeat our orders multiple times because she was focused on the game. That’s the way to make your guest feel special. After repeating she still had to come back and ask additional questions. From here I knew things were going to go down hill when only two of the six orders came out. It was 10m before the next fish came out and then an additional 5m for another two dishes one of which was wrong. When we corrected she caught attitude… She was promptly put into her place. Note mind you my order was the first one she got and 35m later it still had not come out. Now came the right order that was initially done wrong and still my order was no where to be seen. I asked for the checks and told her don’t bother with my order. She rolled her eyes and walked away. After about another minute or two the manager came out to advise my order still had not even been started but to please allow him to serve and he would comp my meal. Nice gesture but at this point I just wanted to leave, but I allowed the good to come out. In all this time our cups were empty no refills offered. All in all the worst dining experience I have ever had. I will never eat here or at any Applebees again.

Stopped in here for lunch since my compaion wanted something close & quick. Applebees is the eptipmy of why I hate most chain places. Bland food, so/so service. I know that they have to appeal to everyone but this location does things especially beige. Guess it will be another 10 years before I visit Applebee’s again.
