Seva – Stone Mountain

Messed up my lash extensions and went back the next day to get them fixed. The extensions were done around closing time. A thick line of glue was visible and the lashes were in my line of vision. They wouldn’t refund my money or redo them for free. I felt that the mess up wasn’t my fault so I shouldn’t have to pay for a redo. Of course no fault was admitted by the team. I’ve been going to the rock bridge location since its opening and am a loyal customer. I was treated like a one time customer and no curtesy was given to my history with the salon. The employees were very rude. Another time, I got my face waxed and the tech burned my cheek and removed my skin with the hot wax. I was talked into doing this. But I still went back after that incident but this was the topping. I will not be going back!

Worse lash experience ever! Did a horrible job and looked completely fake. When asked if they can redo them, they said they have to charge extra. Worse customer service and lack of skills. Be warned before going there.

I loved my individuals, first time getting them done! The service was great, I signed In and I was already being seen! I must say this is the place to go!!!

I was disappointed. My eyebrows are completely different shapes. How horrible now I have to re grow them. Now to look for another place because will never go back.

Eh, not for me. I went because I was desperate and there really aren’t any threading places around… My brows were left very sparse. I have been getting threading done for a while and am quite anal about my brows. I like them a little thicker. I understand it is a subjective art, and for that reason, 1 star. You should try them for yourself and make your own judgement.

love them! individual lashes & brow threading or waxing at AWESOME prices! $ 24 for brows & lashes, they also offer facials although i haven’t tried this yet im considering it for next time! awesome customer service as well

I’m very glad I took a chance with my brows and came to Seva! I’m very particular on how I like my brows– as thick and full as possible with a slight arch. I’m also growing mine back in after several bad threaders/​waxes had messed up my shape. I thought the only person I could entrust in Atlanta was Alvira at Miracle Beauty Salon (if you’re in the Howell Mill area, all the threaders at her salon are excellent!). However I had errands to run on the east side of town and no time to battle traffic in the West Midtown area. With my brow situation looking wooly, I looked up Seva on Unilocal and decided I would pray and hope my eyebrows came out intact.
I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly not crowded. I signed in (on a computer) and got seen right away. I told the threader to keep them full but to clean them up.
She did exactly what I asked and my eyebrows look great. They also use the thicker thread so it wasn’t that painful. I also got my upper lip done as well– all for $ 10! That’s a steal in ATL. If you live off 78, go to Seva!

Great specials, however I’m not new to threading and this was exceptionally painful and I have no shape. My previous arch
is a memory now. Also went for waxing, I’ll be visiting my girl Sandra at the Brow Bar salon when I head back to Charlotte.

Great staff! No appointment needed and a $ 7 eyebrow threading. I had never had my eyebrows threaded, usually wax. They made me feel at ease because I was a bit nervous. They are so friendly and its a reasonable price. Also, you can go and do your shopping at Walmart after your done. :)
