My children loves Wendy’s food but this Wendy’s has the worst customer service ever and it’s not the first time I’ve experienced that. They told me pull on the side for my order I waited 15mins until I realized they forgot about me when I went back to the window the guy basically ignored me and still gave my kids the wrong food. I usually don’t write reviews good or bad but I won’t stop going to Wendy’s but I’m done with this one.

Service here is subpar, they literally get your order wrong every single time. Glad I don’t crave fast food or eat fast food as much as I used to. If you come here, make sure to double check your order before you leave.

This Wendy’s used to be great but now the food does not taste good — has off-taste and the service was very slow and we were the only customers. Probably won’t go there again.

Great service!!! Stopped by for an ice cream fix. Ordered a half vanilla half chocolate frosty with oreo toppings. The cashier really went out her way to accommodate my even though this was not on the menu.
