Slowest fast food place ever! Went during non peak time through the drive through and it took about 10 – 15 to get food.

Terrible. The line was just me and a friend. Empty place. And 12 workers. I waited for 15 minutes to receive an order and got no help whatsoever because the staff was too busy looking at their phones. The fact that they pay too much attention to their phones and not to their customers is sickening. The drive through might as well be worse. Do not eat here. I would rather buy a hot dog from the 711 across the street.

I have to give a one star, this place is horrible. They can never get my order right. Ugh…

Just got the Wendy’s jalapeño fresco chicken look what I found… Picture is worth 100 words. See the picture. My first order today at Wendy’s was Fresco chicken. Instead I was given Spicy Chicken. So i asked them to replace with the correct order. Look what I got… a bunch of hair wrapped all around the burger! When I went back the third time to complain about this, the Manager Darryl he kept repeating«I don’t know how it got there». There was not even a proper apology. Is this the way you treat your customer for politely pointing out the mistake in the initial order? Is this the way a manager runs the shop — cover the ass of the workers?

Don’t come here expecting fast service, unless you are using drive thru. Don’t expect the fries to be hot and no tasting like days old oil. Don’t expect your order to be right most of the time. If you follow the tips above, then visit my local Wendy’s.

This is just a horribly run Wendys. A very large staff including a manager stand around unconcerned with the extremely long line reaching out the door at dinner time. A single cashier disinterestedly takes orders one at a time, and then meticulously follows the entire order through until its full completion and delivery. This often means the cashier stands and watches the fries cook, while the line grows longer. It never occurs to her to take additional orders while the previous order is being completed. The manager stands by, completely relaxed and casual, and watches as these events transpire. Eventually after at least 10 minutes in line I’m walking out with my chicken sandwich and large fries which I look forward to sampling in their salty, crispy, piping-hot deliciousness as compensation for my suffering. But alas, I am even denied that gratification, because the fries are cold and soft and mediocre, thanks to the fact that the cooks can prepare the food faster than the rest of the staff can deliver it. This is all very sad, because Wendy’s serves up some great fast food. In fact terrible service aside, even this establishment can dish out some great fast food. But not today. Oh well…

Food is crap here… employees are completely lost when taking orders and always screw it up. They get an attitude if you ask for ketchup or any kind of sauce. Im sorry but if i order 30 – 40 nuggets for my family then we are going to need sauce. Once i ordered 4 sprites sodas and got 4 cups of water… shady place and is not clean either, you can see the roaches crawling around at night when you are at the drive thru. The area needs a chic fil a

This store needs management help. It it’s pleasant enough of staff, but always dirty and impersonal. The food tastes like Wendy’s, no surprise here.

Wendy’s. Decent burgers, better spicy chicken. This copy is rarely busy and pretty new so it’s a regular place for us. The staff is friendly and patient with kids. The drive-thru is efficient. As Wendy’s go, this copy is fine. I give it 3-stars as compared to other Wendy’s/fast food places. Only gripe from my better half is that the Frosty’s apparently are poorly done here… not sure what that could entail exactly so I’ll leave that as a cliffhanger here…

Burgers and bacon. A sure path to triggering cravings in my brain. Enter the latest Wendy’s TV commercial advertising«The Baconator» burger. Lots of beef — lots of bacon — I have no choice — I have to check this out. I took advantage of this craving on the way home this evening. I was actually craving a burger yesterday/last evening — so it was time to listen to my inner burger demon! This is the first time I’ve visited this location — for a place that is a «fast-food» restaurant — the service is kind of strange. I say strange because there was one family of four in front of me — two kids — each parent was paired off with a kid and let the kid order and pay. It took five minutes to place and process two orders. And there seemed to be an ongoing dialogue and negotiation taking place in Spanish(for reasons that will remain unknown — c’mon! It’s food — place the order and forget reciting the Magna Carta)! I ordered the #4 — Baconator with medium fries and Coca-Cola zero — to eat in. I paid with a credit card. My order was clear and succinct and was processed promptly and my food came up fast. Not sure how they went from that kind of service to the slow-poke service from the order before me. The burger was just okay — not bad — just okay. It needed to be a tad hotter, the bacon needed to be hotter and a tad more crispy. The burger comes with cheese, mayo, ketchup — and no veggies. The quantity of bacon was surprising for a fast food burger — it was more than I was expecting. The fries were very good — hot, lightly salty, and crispy. I could see ordering this again. Hopefully the burger will be a tad hotter next time.
