This place has been ok but I feel like its going down hill! The waitresses just sit around and talk and don’t check on you. They seem unorganized since the new ownership. I hope they get it together because it can still work. Will try again. Food is ok.

This is now my new place to go. food was great. i order ravioli and meatball which where home made. Staff was great made you feel like you have been there before, everyone was very friendly when we stepped in. And knew when to leave us alone. Cant beat there prices !

Very fairly priced for excellent food. I moved to the area about 7 weeks ago and have gone here at least a dozen times. My boyfriend and I are foodies and we eat out often. When we find a place like this it is easy to become a regular. The staff is excellent and the owner or manager is always there helping out. I have ordered the italian meals, pizza and grilled steak/​turkey tips,
everything is good.

Good quality Italian food, very close knit community the type of place where everyone knows your name! The lemoncello is a must have and the bread and oil is great.

Food was okay at best! No beer on draft. Ordered a kids burger and they ran out of burgers. I ordered a steak bomb and got a plan steak and cheese. When I let them know they brought me veggies to add to it myself. The Italian sausage sub came with a small sausage. The service was good though.

I went to Baccis last night for the first time since the new owner took over a couple of weeks ago. I was shocked at my meal. I always ordered haddock parm when it was the old owner. It was always delicious good amount and well worth the price. Last night it was terrible no taste at all and on top of the bad meal the owner was arrogant and rude. I complained about the meal and also how it is now ¹⁄₃ the size it use to be. I was informed he is making changes first excuse and then proceeded to tell me it’s a non menu item which it was before and then proceeded to tell me he can’t worry about 1 haddock parm. I am still amazed at how I was spoken to. You don’t mind a little decrease in size but this was ridiculous. Also the sauce and the spaghetti was horrible. It was a big mistake to go there but found out first hand about the overall restaurant. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but minus stars. I don’t plan on going there again I don’t need to be talked to like that. From the owner and give such stupid excuses. I can get a good meal elsewhere. I don’t need Baccis but Baccis needs the customers. I don’t give it long before they close their doors. He never owned a restaurant and obviously never dealt with people.

Their food (wings and side salad) was 2 stars but service was 1. They sent buffalo wings instead of spicy BBQ and refused to refund me. Wings were soggy. Side salad was iceberg lettuce with tomatoes and diced white onion (I don’t expect much but who wants huge chunks of onion with flavorless lettuce?). Have no intentions ordering again.

The steak tips were ok at best. Service was not so great. The garlic bread was awesome and that’s why I gave it a 3 and not a 2. Very small parking lot.

This is a good Italian restaurant in Stoneham Square that has something for everyone. It’s a relatively small restaurant with a small bar but they make it work. They’re open 7 days week for lunch and dinner. My family and I come here often and the food and service are consistently good. Today we stopped in for lunch and got a pizza. It was a little greasy but that often happens with pepperoni. When we come for dinner I usually get the steak tips and they’re delicious. I would recommend going here for dinner over lunch. My only reserve is that the management has changed two or three times in the last ten years or so. The parking is not great either. They have a very small lot behind the resturant so your best bet will be street parking. Will continue to come here.

Me and my mom and her friend just had dinner at the restaurant tonight I have to say the hostess was very nice to us tonight! Thank you! The waitress on the other hand was a very mean and cruel person she treated us with no respect and when I ask for something she gave s dirty look at us like it was a task to help us! Maybe she was having a bad day but you have to treat your customers good no matter what! Pasta sauce was very bland and also your meatballs had no flavor being a chef myself for many years but not any longer I know about these things I have a culinary arts degree believe it or not. I hope that you will talk to the waitress and reprimand her so she treat people with respect and treat them nicely and work on your recipes I’m sure I would’ve something else it would’ve been pretty yummy maybe you should also make your homemade desserts and send ordering them from someone else when I asked the waitress if you Tara Massoud was homemade she said no. I probably will not be back here me my mother or her friend maybe others won’t come unless you change some things. Don’t take this the wrong way but these things are important in the restaurant business good luck

What a great restaurant! The Italian food was absolutely delicious. Italian cuisine is my favorite. We have been to many places in the north end over the years but this place bar none was the best! The service was perfect, the house wines were delicious; absolutely the best. We drove there all the way from Falmouth. It was so worth the trip!!!

I ordered the hamburger special and was so impressed with the new chefs style. Huge beef burger and all the fixings. Bar tender and service staff were very friendly. I would return again for the prime rib special. Great place!

Been there several times and it was always good. I went just again before XMass and I understand there are new owners although the menu seemed to be the same. The new chef did have some specials that my party tried. We ended up sharing. Awesome! portions are huge for the price. Love the tomato sauce. Going back this week.

I must have walked past this place hundreds of times before going in for a pizza with my son. Nice atmosphere, clean, with a window seat overlooking Rt. 28. I was about to ask if he remembered those days hanging out at the Village Green when someone took our order for a large pepperoni. Food was good, a little sweet for the pizza, but was fine for the day. There’s a small bar up front near the entrance, I usually grab a Coke while waiting for a pickup.

I’ve been their 2 times in the last few weeks chicken palm was wonderful. Get the chocolate raspberry martini Wow is all I can say. Very reasonably priced 6 with drinks and apps under 200.

Horrible experience! Went with children who were well behaved but unwelcomed. Cook/​manager reprimanded child for speaking with waitress, who loved talking with her. He put his face and fingers in child’s face. No one but parent should tell child how to behave. Although the waitress was terrific and the food good, I will never step foot in it again. By the way it was after lunch time and only 2 other people were in restaurant.

Garlic bread was amazing. Salad was wilted and clearly sat in the fridge at least a full day. My pasta dish was very good. My husband was less excited about his ribs. It would have been a nice local find for us, but the service was cold and in attentive. The bar tender was sharp with my husband when he tried to buy a lottery ticket and the machine wasn’t working– which is not HIS fault.
Our waitress was a bit put out to stop socializing to wait on us. She didn’t check on our meals after they came out and mostly sat at the bar talking to regulars. She didn’t get us drink refills and clearly wasn’t wanting to be there. It was very unprofessional.
Friendly service is really the difference in whether or not we would return. I prefer to support family businesses, but I have to say that a big chain restaurant would never have allowed such poor service and sour attitudes.

Garlic bread was good. Atmosphere needs attention. Feels like your in a cafeteria …
I got the Fra Diavolo… drenched in red sauce … Marginal at best.
I guess I’m spoiled with the North End.

I find it hard to eat anywhere else when Baccis is right up the street. Always a good choice.

I have dined in before but not recently. The dinner, I recall, was memorably good and my family living local likes their food so I was not hesitant to try them for a take-​out pizza option. I called and ordered a Large (they only have one size anyway) with extra cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, onions & sliced tomato. They told me 20 mins. The pizza was ready when I arrived 23 mins later.
Upon inspection of the pizza, I was immediately disappointed with the topping quality. First of all, the onions were pre-​cooked (and overdone as you can see in the dark spots all over the pizza in the photo provided in my profile) which was not designated on the menu (nor what we wanted) but it was little chopped bits sparsely added. I cannot attest to the normal quality or amount of cheese but I would not exactly call the «extra» received as worthy of the extra charge. The pepperoni and tomatoes were not generous portions but the worst of the display was the peppers. I think there may have been about 5 or 6 little diced pieces of green pepper on the ENTIRE «large» pizza.
The taste of the pizza is what allowed for the 3 stars as it was edible and fairly tasty, although nothing exceptional. There are plenty of places that make pizza in the area, I certainly won’t be wasting my time, or money on Bacci’s.
