I’ve been coming to this place for about 6 months now and I really like it. It is always clean, I get great manicure and pedicure and everyone is really nice. I can only recommend!

The salon is ver clean and has a large color selection. My friend recommended this place so I made an appointment and i didnt have to wait when i arrived. I went in for a mani and pedi with Diana. Service was quick and my nails came out just the way i wanted them. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would come back again.

So my gf dragged me here raving about this place like it was heaven on earth… Now I have been getting pedicures for about 25 years & I was suprised they did this cut down the side of your toe nail thing as to not get Ingrown toe nails that Ive NEVER received in all my 25 years of pedicures… For that alone I love this place… The people are super friendly but I am real particular about things when I get a pedi… I want you to talk to me, dont just sit there the whole time & ignore me…(grant it at some places there is a language barrier — But Not here!)… and I like more rubbing & lotion time, shit if you tell me that costs more, well Ill pay more, but I want a massage, maybe I should really go to a massage place, but Hey you asked me to review the place. So I would prolly go back, but the prices are a little high when I can go other places for more interaction & convo… and I figure I can just go back to this place every other month or so & get the side cut down!

Immaculately clean — I am a freak about nail salons, especially when it comes to pedicures. This place is the best I’ve ever been to. Whenever I «cheat» and get a pedicure elsewhere, I am always disappointed(AND grossed out). At Nails 2000, you see the instrument sterilizer. You see the technicians put their used instruments in there after doing one customer and they take out a clean set for the next customer. They use a freshly-unwrapped foot sponge for each person(and yes, they unwrap it in front of you). This is also the first Asian-owned salon I’ve ever been in where the technicians do not cross-talk to each other in their language. I’ve always been paranoid and felt they were talking about the customers. They speak very good English here(also a rarity in other salons I’ve been to). They remember their customers, too, after a couple of visits. I would recommend them most highly!

Mediocre experience. I hope they will improve. Went in for a mani/pedi. Expressed upfront I needed both sets of nails filed and trimmed. Was informed that was not happening as «you don’t need it». I wanted a full treatment done and was charged the full $ 40.00 for a mani/pedi anyway. I felt my mani/pedi was half-way done as a result. The Customer’s instruction should be listened to deeply and respected. As a result I removed their mani/pedi within three days and got it re-done properly at another salon when back home in NYC. And I got all my nails filed and trimmed given they all required that. Had a much better experience with Natural Nails across the street when on previous visits. They are very nice people in Nails 2000 though, I will say that they are all quite nice. I just did not feel I was listened to in the way I should have been.
