Nails Etc

When I first moved to Stoneham, I tried Nails Etc. as they were closest to my house. It was nice to have English-​speaking employees, until I realized all they do is bash their husbands and gossip about TV. I love my husband and hate TV, so that was boring.
My acrylic fill only took about half an hour at Nails Etc., which was much shorter than the ones I used to get in Tewksbury. I soon realized why when my gel nails that I’ve never had a problem with before started separating from my real nails. For $ 25, I expect better. I tried them a couple of times before finally giving up.

I went here on a recommendation from a co-​worker. It’s a tiny little shop, and they probably aren’t known for the aesthetics, but they give one hell of a pedicure. It’s really small and maybe considered a tiny bit messy, but it didn’t affect my experience. The shop is run by a mother and her two daughters, all very very nice.
What i really like about this place:

massive selection of colors
the basic pedicure is quick quick
a ton of parking
I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. which is ideal for me. The fancy stuff is for some people, but i don’t want my pedicure to last over an hour.

From the first phone call to make an appointment, to the minute I walked out the door, the ladies at Nails Etc were super friendly and accommodating. I walked right in at my appointment time, chose a color for a very wide selection and was escorted right to my pedicure seat. They have two pedicure stations that were really just foot spas and a cushioned bench. Comfy enough, but no high tech massage chairs here. They offer two types of pedicures — just a normal pedicure for $ 28 or a spa pedicure for $ 35 which includes a foot scrub and mask. I opted for this one and my feet were super happy!
My pedicure came out great. They only con is that they have no feet dryers so you have to air dry. They did put some sort of drops on my feet to speed up the drying process.
Nails Etc also offers manicures, waxing, facials and professional makeup.
