Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunks has gone downhill since my review and I have refused to go in there now for about 6 months, so it’s time for an update.
All of the Dunks owned by the same owner in Stoneham I just refuse to go into. They have changed their prices upwards, add on additional cost and I’m just not happy with the service and product anymore, along with the other ones this owner has — just got bad all around.

I frequent this dunkins during the week. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees until recently. A blond woman is extremely rude and has put a bad taste in my mouth. I no longer go here as a result. But otherwise great staff and always accurate!

In and out of the door quickly. Friendly staff and they get my order right every time. That is a big plus early in the morning after sitting in 93 traffic for an hour!

This is the most efficient Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They are super fast and get your order right every time!

I’ve lived many places and have frequented my DD’s but this is by far the nicest and cleanest one i have EVER been to. The girls in there are so friendly, service oriented and have a knack for remembering faces and orders. I’ve never had an issue in there, nor have i ever had an attitude. It’s by far the best one!

OMG!!! I am so super impressed with this DDs!!! Seriously, all 7 (count ‘em 7!!) workers were friendly, detail oriented, smiley, took and made orders flawlessly, and knew their stuff. I sat there enjoying CNN on the tvs, burning some time people watching during the morning rush and I did not see one annoyed customer. That says a lot, as most people that hit up DDs at 8am on a freezing morning are just assuming something will go wrong, as the rest of the day has already started off sucky (ok, maybe it’s only me). Donuts, sandwiches, coffee, juices, hot chocolate, lattes, hash browns and more were all served to perfection quickly. Seriously, if I lived closer, I would go to this DDs for fun just to see the wonder that it is.
