My favorite dunkin to go to! Zamir is the best. The place is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Always greeted with a happy face and good attitude by all staff.

very rude to customers, Sadly it’s the only Dunkin Donuts near me and their convenient 24⁄7 hours fit my work schedule

This is the worst DD I’ve been to. The staff speaks very little English and donuts are subpar. Donuts are stale and dry at only 11 am. Will not be returning.

A insanely slow place to be. The staff didn’t speak one word of English and took forever to take me order. By the time I got my coffee it was basically cold. The donuts were basically stale and hard.

Half the staff fails to put in the right amount of pumpkin spice syrup-sometimes you can’t taste the pumpkin spice in your coffee. Since this comes from a pump and is a predetermined amount(and the staff is supposed to be trained on how many pumps to put in), I don’t understand what the problem is. I’ve had to send coffee back on more than one occasion, and today they messed up and gave me decaf instead of regular. I guess they don’t want my business, so I’ll just make my coffee at home.

Really an a-ok place. From the few times I’ve came here, I’ve noticed that none of the workers speak fluent English. It’s not a big deal but it’s just something I came across because sometimes they have trouble understanding what I’m saying and I have trouble understanding their heavy-accent English. The drinks they make are like every other DD place. very very inconsistent. I love that they have 6 donuts for $ 3.99 special and on top of that, SBU students get a 10% discount! They also have some kind of sundae specials on Tuesdays and they are opened 24 hours! They also have a good amount of tables to sit and have a talk.

Being a Dunkin’ Donuts, this place has the usual stuff you’d find at a Dunkin’ Donuts. However, Stony Brook students get a ten percent discount, AND the people who work there are the nicest. Five stars.

I LOVE this particular Dunkin Donuts. It’s a great late night pit stop on Thirsty Thursdays. What sets this place apart from the rest is it’s customer service. The staff is friendly, and after a certain hour, they give out free food! Once, I was really in the mood for munchkins, but I had no money on me. I pulled all the change I had from my pocket and asked Zamir, the late night register guy, how many munchkins I could get for that amount of money. He estimated around four, so I said said okay. The man goes and grabs a paper bag and stuffs it with munchkins of all varieties! In the end, I think I got over a hundred free munchkins lol. Thanks Zamir.

I love this place. They have great customer service and are generally nice people. Some of the other reviewers do not appreciate a place for what it is, and for a dunkin donuts it is great! Nice atmosphere, spacious and close to a train. What more can you ask?

Well, I figured since I’ve been a regular here for quite some time I should probably write a review. I feel bad that their ratings are so low because I come to this DD almost every day for my medium hot coffee and I’ve more often than not found it to be a very pleasant experience. The guys who work here are pretty friendly and they’ve never handed me anything that wasn’t Dunkin’ Donuts worthy. It’s also clean, which is especially important for me as a customer. They get a pretty serious influx of customers for an apparently 2-star establishment so I think it’s time to reevaluate their rating. Hope this helps!

After our Mother’s Day dinner, my mom had a hankering for an apple crumb doughnut, so we stopped by the Stony Brook DD near our restaurant. We purchased a coffee roll, crueller, and the apple crumb donut, which ranged in condition from extremely stale to inedible when we tried to eat them after reaching home. As a 24-hour location, I would expect that the freshness and quality of products served are consistently monitored and maintained throughout the day. Because of its location, many SBU students and LIRR riders patronize the store, and it seems detrimental either a company store or franchise to sell food items in this condition.

I have always liked Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins — coffee is average, cheap ice cream etc. I guess it really depends on the location and who is running it. Cross this location off your list! I recently donated blood at Stony Brook Hospital and got a coupon: «PInt for a Pint» — you donate a pint of blood, you get a free pint of ice cream. Seems like a pretty easy concept to understand. I go to this location tonight to get my free ice cream, and the guy behind the counter is like, «Yeah you buy a pint you get a pint». I explained that I recently donated blood and got this coupon(it is a legit Baskin Robbin’s branded coupon). I then read outloud the bottom of the coupon: «This coupon entitles you to one free handpacked pint of ice cream». He insists that, no I am wrong. I have to buy a pint of ice cream and then I’ll get one free. I explain it again. He goes to get the manager. The manager says, «Yes you buy ice cream you get one free. Pint for a Pint». I AGAIN explain that it’s a pint of blood for a pint of ice cream. I read outloud the WHOLE coupon pointing to the words, and they say, «buy ice cream get free». I say, «I’m not buying anything! I have a coupon for a FREEPINTOFICECREAM!» At this point I am so aggravated and decide to cut my losses and leave. I will never step foot in this store again. I know that most Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts are run by people who don’t really understand English so well, but if the company decides to put out a coupon like this to promote their business then they should make sure that these managers know about it. These managers really don’t know a thing about good customer service, hell, they can’t even make a decent cup of coffee.

this is a dunkin’ donuts. not a starbucks folks. They have free WiFi(the password is posted by the sugar/napkin/stirrers). They make caffeinated beverages of many varieties. That being said, typical indifferent service which is a prerequisite for all Dunkin’ Donuts locations. They are open 24 hours. The bathroom is clean. What else can one ask for?

Is this the new location? Hmm ANYWAYS. HONESTLY. Dunkin coffee to me a lot of the times is a hit or miss. I used to LOVEEELOVEEE Dunkin coffee but more recently, I’ve discovered that more & more the quality & taste of my iced coffee continues to go downhill. Very often my coffee will taste burnt, like they left it on too long, watery, too much or too little of things, etc. COMEON ! Besides their failing at iced coffee at times the service is good & they have a clean bathroom!(and newly renovated store, yay for clean) & this is the most convenient Dunkin to go to. therefore I guess they’ll continue to take my money :(!

Not thrilled with the service. If it wasn’t so close to the train &SBU, I doubt this place would do much business, even for a DD. Poor service the few times I went. Wouldn’t survive without the name, IMO.

It’s kinda hard to rate their donuts — as it pretty much standard. Basically, it’s edible. However, this Dunkin Donut makes some awful morning sandwiches. They ruined my Maple Egg Sausage on a Croissant. It was burnt, and the egg was brick hard. Happened twice in one week too. Their bagels are like rocks, and microwaving them doesn’t help. Don’t bother with ice coffee, as the sugar they put never melts. Their hot coffee ain’t that good either. I rather make it myself over at 7 eleven, next door. There was one time I had a hot coffee, I couldn’t stop my diarrhea. The customer service is pretty horrible. The teenagers that work there are arrogant and rude. I actually filed a BBB report because one of them was being stupid with me. The adults are courteous but it doesn’t help their products. Stay away from this Dunkin Donuts or enter at your own risk.
