No drive-thru! Ahhh! I had to get my lazy ass outta da car and WALK INSIDE. Once I was there, the people were very kind and helpful, and went over the top to do so. Like go over there to find napkins, sugar and stuff. Maybe it’s my bias, but I don’t always expect such niceties when I’m on LI. Bravo.

Not all Dunkin Donuts are the same. I have to say it is all about the people they hire to work at each store or franchise location.
All I expect is to get in for my breakfast and back out again in a semi-quick fashion.
So to the guy behind the counter… if the customer in line is a reasonably attractive women, that’s cool. But, since you have no chance with her today please skip the flirting act and hurry up so the rest of us in line can get our orders filled and back to our pathetic jobs.
By the way, the breakfast bagel and eggs were cold. Try to cook up a few more wheat bagels in the morning. Some of us like the option to go healthy.

I’m impressed the young lady helping me made my coffee correctly as she never took a breath while talking to her fellow employee the entire time I was there. Not the best customer service. For that matter you can’t even pretend to be paying attention to me if you can’t keep your mouth shut.
