The only slice worth getting is the regular and that isn’t always guaranteed. It is cool they throw in a couple of Knots with your order. But Overall meh. Better than the chains though

It’s a good family business. Food is good but the place can be dirty if you want to eat in. I’d rather just take the food and leave and enjoy it. The owner is friendly which is why I keep going back for the pizza. I don’t advise you go and eat there. It’s a hit or a miss with cleanliness

Are these reviews for real? If so, I’m sorry guys, but this is not anything close to LI/NYC pizza. I had two regular slices, and the cheese was so thick, like some terrible microwaveable pizza. The cheese was chewy rather than stringy. I’m not a fan at all and won’t be back. Also, the pizza came with free garlic knots, which was a nice touch, so points for being nice. But they were like dry balls of dough with sprinkling of garlic powder. All my true New Yorkers know that garlic knots should be made with actual real garlic and parsley, some oil wouldn’t hurt. maybe a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese? Nope, nothing like that here. I really don’t understand the reviews. See picture to drive my point home.

I recently tried Manhattan Pizza for the first time this week. It looks like real pizza, which is hard for me to find in Long Island sometimes. Then the taste was absolutely amazing. So much cheese, almost too much, but I love cheese so it was glorious. I also tried the sausage pizza and that, even cold, was good as well(it was only cold because it was bought for the entire office and I had gone back a little after lunch for a slice). I will definitely return!

Stopped in at Manhattan Pizza as I was in the area and craved pizza and Starbucks again. Had 2 slices and some knots. The pizza was excellent and the knots ok. I can’t say like the other Unilocalers that the pizza was the best ever but it was good. I would definitely go back if I was in the area

I can’t speak for the rest of their pizza, but the Hawaiian pie was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Not the worst Hawaiian, just the worst bite of pizza in general. It was so heavy and soggy and messy, I lifted a slice out of the box and everything came off– cheese, sauce and all. I’ll never order from here again.

Stopped for a quick slice and was blown away. Excellent pizza. I will go out of my way to stop here for lunch again.

Probably my favorite pizza on the area. They throw in some garlic knots when you order a pie. Their Grandmas Pie is amazing! Their dinners aren’t horrible but still nothing to go crazy for… service is alway on point.

I come here a lot as I work very close to here. The salad pizza is the best thing that they have. Salad is fresh and the crust of the pizza and dressing make it perfect. It’s legitimately a mom and pop place as they are both here every day. Very friendly people. The buffalo pizza and white pizza are also very good. The only thing that needs work are the garlic knots. They are very dry and and need more garlic. They are free though so can’t complain to much. Still gets five stars because everything else is great.

I would like to see mom and pop restaurants to do well, so i will always have them in the town to rely on good food. Mahattan pizza is a classic mom and pop place with good pizzas and friendly service. Plus free garlic knots!!! :)

Great pizza and meatball parm hoagies. The service was great and the place is spotless. I was in town for a youth hockey tournament and this was a great spot to stop before the 3 hour drive home. Myself, my 14-year-old son and his friend were all full for less than $ 25.

We usually go here now for pizza during a work lunch hour and I usually get the same thing… a buffalo chicken slice(if they have it). I would like to try other slices but they seem to have the same pizzas out every time we come(regular, sicilian, grandma, white, chicken parm, salad, stuffed, and maybe another slice or a calzone). I like variety type pizzas and they do have it on the menu but they won’t make it if you’re just getting a slice or two. This is a mom and pops shop, as they are the ones at the counter. The last time, I got a buffalo chicken slice and a regular cheese and there is definitely a difference in these 2. I don’t think I’ll ever make the mistake of getting a plain cheese again because I didn’t find it anything but ordinary w/a little-bit chewy crust. The crust on the specialty pizzas have sesame seeds on them and they’re crispier, which is how I like my pizza. They also give you a couple knots w/the slices and these are just okay… a little dry and not really garlicky. An isolated bad thing that I witnessed once while we’re eating already, the cook(maybe their son) was at the counter where the pizzas were stationed and he started spritzing something on his hair before combing it. That was definitely not sanitary and I know some of that sprayed liquid went on the pizzas… gladly I already got my food. The first time I went here, I actually got an eggplant parm hero and it was smaller than what I’ve gotten from other places but I thought it was a perfect size. It was good, light, and had a clean, smooth texture. The bread was toasted and was light and not too thick. I’ll probably get this again if they end up not not having a buffalo chicken slice while I’m there.

Amazing pizza! This is true NY thin crust pizza family owned. The pizza is made by an Italian guy that has been doing it for his whole life — and still gets new magazines of Pizza today. His wife is a dear. Plus they have the best calzones I’ve ever had. They are literally the size of an entire Pie folded over creamy ricotta and mozzarella cheese. My husband loves to stuff half of it with broccoli too. Go for the pizza and live for the calzones at Manhattan Pizza in Stony Brook.

This is a really great small local pizzeria that pumps out outstanding pizza and food. Family owned and it comes through in every bite, The garlic knots which they usually throw in a few when you order a couple of slices are HUGE filled with garlic and baked to perfection. Excellent sicilian and Neo, their heros are excellent as well and best of all prices are very reasonable.

Love this little Pizzaria. The slices here are reasonably priced and prepared well. Two complimentary garlic knots with each order is a nice touch as well. Family owned, owners are an italian couple who are very friendly. Never tried their pasta but if it’s as good as the pizza you won’t be disappointed.
