Guy mangled my hair asked for the most simplest haircut and it was destroyed only go here if you want shit quality

Stopped by needing an emergency haircut and haven’t found a place yet. Still haven’t since the barber didn’t listen to the very simple instructions provided. 2 inches on top 1 in on the sides and blended together.
Instead he reversed it. It was uneven all around. I had to go home and self cut the sides to get it back to appropriate looking. So far I’ve not found anyone near by Boston giving even a decent haircut yet.
Also barber was crabby and generally didn’t interact making it awkward and uncomfortable.

Arnie is a good guy, a thoughtful philosopher and a good barber to boot. One can call for an appointment, or just drop in. Kristin, who is also a good barber, handles most of the drop-​ins.

Great place to get your haircut. You can call ahead and get an appointment very easily. Arnie (owner) does a great job and is always happy to chat.
