The doorbell rings and there is nowhere to run, nowhere to hide! Jason arrives with a big smile and all the equipment needed for a complete 60 minute workout. I was feeling sluggish and afraid, but Jason totally assesses, motivates, encourages and implements a plan tailored for each individual. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, and is careful at all times with correct form for injury prevention. Each session flies by. My strength and confidence have grown and I definitely look forward to every workout.
