Awesome place for training and fitness! This place has everything, heavy bags, wide mat space, speed bag, free weights, kettle bells, everything you can think of and everything you haven’t. Classes are equally as diverse. The kickboxing/​muay thai/​striking classes are very well taught!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Mike is not just an incredible trainer but a genuine guy who really cares. Very honest and fair. Gym is very clean and everyone there is personable and nice. No attitudes here. If your looking to get in shape, learn some mixed martial arts, or just a no nonsense place to train look no further, Maxx is the place. You won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for classes to break up my regular workouts at the gym and Maxx Training Center was referred me by a friend (Thanks Mike A!).
I take the Tue/​Thu 5:30pm Women’s bag conditioning strength & core with Mary-​Jo. It’s a hard workout, but fun and effective. Mary-​Jo is amazing at breaking down skills to make sure you’re doing them right… and now when I’m on my own at the regular gym, I can take what she taught me and apply it there. The activities change from class to class, so it’s never boring. Mary-Jo’s other classes are Mon/​Wed/​Fri at 9:30am and Saturday at 8:30am.
And, IMO, one of the most important things… the gym is super clean. I’ve been to places where I’m leery about even sitting on the mat with pants on, never mind walking barefoot. Not here.

After 10 years of not training Maxx Training Center made it easy to start back. There gym is very clean. There trainers are top notch and help every step of the way. I loved it an I am going back.

Awesome Gym. Kept very clean. Great trainers, along with great trainees to work with. All ages, and types of people are accepted here. Would reccomend to everyone. THANKS MAXX

Fantastic, clean MMA facility with outstanding instruction and equipment. I would recommend their programs for first timers and seasoned pros. Excellent non contact cardio classes as well

So if you want a workout that will kick your butt and kick it into shape.
Try the kick boxing classes. They are intense but I love it. Mike is a very motivating instructor and really knows his stuff.

I am in very definite muscle pain today.
I went to Muay Thai cardio at Maxx gym. It is unlike any workout I have ever experienced.
Warm up: 8 minutes of jump rope interwoven with stretching. Sounds easy, so far? Try it.
He then lines you up and shows you 8 different stations which you will do in sequence. Medicine ball squats, switch kicking, focus pad punching. ladder jumping and light sparring
You probably think you can do this w/​p90x or Taebo. Maxx has 7 instructors and you are actually punching and kicking targets, not air. You receive a great workout and you learn proper technique
You finish with 5 minutes of sit ups… I really like this place. Mike is a very serious instructor and probably the best I have experienced. He does allow music to be played in the backround
One small word of caution: He doesnt tolerate swearing. One swear is a 20 pushup penalty. I should know
