Not the place to go for know-​how or expertise. This is a shame considering the big box stores have killed this notion. You’d think the company who makes the product would be the best source, but I guess not. They were not familiar with their own product line. When I sent feedback to the corporate office they showed an initial interest in rectifying the situation. They promised me information and pricing on the product that this store claimed didn’t exist but then the trail went cold after a day.
