I hope someone at KFC’s corporate office will read this review someday. I came to this location recently, and I was impressed by the staff’s dedication to their work and their patience with their customers. It was HECTIC in there. 6 PM on a weeknight, when people started coming in to buy their last-​minute dinner. The line was long, the supply of sides and chicken needed to be replenished, and the soda machine was broken. Despite all of these factors, the staff never lost their cool and stayed professional. They handled every customer the best they could. Nobody snapped at anyone, they spoke politely, and they tried to fill every order within 5 minutes. KFC, please recognize the Stratford, CT team’s hard work, because I sure did.

So KFC we meet again for another epic let down. I stopped by this establishment to partake in some of the new popcorn chicken nuggets and a chicken little sandwich. Let’s start with the chicken little, this sandwich gave a whole new meaning to little, the sandwich was flat and pressed like a burrito the chicken was under cooked and the pickles are chewy like rubber. The popcorn chicken nuggets are not much better the breading was soft and barely holding on to the nuggets and the chicken was hard and chewy these poor nuggets looked like they had been around for a while.
I will have to say I am not one to waste food but I literally could not eat the food and had to throw it away. I will not be returning to this KFC
I left a two star review due to the friendly service at this location everyone was helpful and nice but the food quality was by far the worst I have had in a very long time
