This place is a hidden gem. The food is pretty good and the service is great. It’s small as it is part of the Stratford train station. I’ve been here a few times and will be back. The value is good and I found the look of the place to be a nice surprise. First time I’ve had the sushi. The California is good, not great. However the Fire island roll on the specialty menu is really good! Also, the ginger dressing is better than I’ve had before.

This place has way better pizza than most of Stratford. If bland means a great cheese taste then yes it’s bland it’s not super greasy and oily like the place across the street their wings aren’t to great but I love the pizza. If you had to wait more than 15 mins that should suggest that more than one person likes it and that’s a good thing, and for the most part it’s a delivery business so don’t expect any high end eatery. Take it for what it is. A great pizza delivery service.

Place is horrible! Ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar salad. Their tartar sauce and salad marinades are in packets. They make NOTHING fresh! Horrible food.

I’ve never been a big fan of pizza, however Star pizza I absolutely love! It’s delicious and never too greasy. The prices are more than fair and their bacon, which I’m always unsure of with places is perfect.

Good pizza crust a little bland but its preety good i enjoyed it. The crust needs to be less bland and be greased. The cheese was good so was the sauce it was enjoyable

Word of advice, give them plenty of time to make your pizza before picking it up. I showed up within 15 minutes of ordering(like I was told on the phone) and spent an additional 15 minutes standing there awkwardly since there wasn’t really anywhere to sit. They had crap on all of their tables. The pizza itself was decent. The crust has potential to be awesome, but it was way too crispy. Overall 2 large pies for $ 17 is a good deal. I tried a place up the street from them for $ 15 and the pizza was terrible. I’ll eat from here again anytime I’m feeling cheap.

The building that this place is in… has been there forever. I recently seen a menu… and decided to give it a try yesterday. Me and my mom walked in… and it’s rather dingey… one of them hole in the wall places. The waitress(Jewels)…was extremely nice… and really… she was the only plus of this restaurant. We shared a chicken parmigiana grinder… which we found bone chips in. The pizza was cooked nice… but there was totally no taste whatsoever to it. BLANDASHELL!!! Mom got a bay leaf in hers which usually means the owners are Greek… which is fine… but at least make decent food. Eeeeegads… and this place has been there 7 to 8 years!!! I really thought they were new. We are definitely not going back.

I was recommended to try this place after deciding that Little Skeezers was about as garbagey(yes it’s a word… mine lol) as pizza in Stratford can get. My friends call me a pizza snob because I am a NYer… so what we can’t have standards?! WTH! LOL Anyway, I went there on Friday and the first thing that struck me was the $ 7.00 large pie. That goes for all days not just Monday through Friday! Whooohooo! I ordered the pie and then started looking through the menu for other stuff to meet their $ 10 credit card limit. Pop! Fried dough $ 3.00SOLD! The cashier was on the phone(she was also super nice) so the pizza maker took my order directly. I stood for a minute watching them make pies and decided right then if the pizza wasn’t good I might cry. The place looked like all of the old skool pizza parlors I grew up with in Brooklyn and the pizza was made about the same. I waited in my car and drooled for the whole 20 minutes it took to get my pizza. I had errands to run and all kinds of bs, but I sat and waited. When I got home I jumped out of the car, sent the kids to wash their hands(hold on wiping off drool) and started eating the pizza without them. It was fabulous! My 4 year old ate 3 slices… not the little silly slices you get from Little Skeezers and Domino’s but real honest to goodness slices that you can fold in half and eat like a meal. OMG! The fried dough was gone in like 5 minutes… my daughter and I demolished it(well I more than her). I brought the menu home to Brooklyn for my mom to see and she’s ready to come up and visit :) We may be chocolately, but I am a pizza connoisseur!(Italian by belly)

Very average takeout pizza place. There is better pizza in Stratford.

A typical take out pizza place. The pizza is good and reasonably priced. The sauce has a hint of garlic which does give it a little something extra. Parking can be a pain as they share a parking lot with another business, but it is off the street. They do deliver and have 2 to 4 tables inside for if you want to eat there.
