Planet Fitness – Stratham

As far as Planets go this is a pretty good one, the chicks aren’t as plentiful as the one in Portsmouth and theres mostly older babes. A lot of Milfs and a few Gilfs.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! After cancelling my membership 5 or 6 months ago I got a random charge. I called to straighten it out and the person that answered told me he would have to have a «manager» call me back in the next hour. Three hours later… no call. I decided to give them another call and got the «manager» Joe. He explained there is nothing he can do unless I bring my bank statement in and my cancellation form copy. I then explained that I moved out of state and he explained there is nothing else he can do without me there in person. He then questioned who I was again, suggesting he gave me the wrong information. He also could not explain why I hadn’t gotten a charge in 6 months but now did all of a sudden. His reason being that their employees and management were switched over during this time. I told him how awful customer service this was and he said okay. I recommend NO ONE sign up through this Planet Fitness location. Very unorganized and unprofessional!!!

This is my favorite of the PF in my area. It’s huge and has many options and plenty of equipment! My only complaint is when I went in to pick up my actual card and «free» items I never received the t shirt or the other things that they advertise online. They also didn’t show me around or introduce any of the benefits of being a black card member. I had to figure it all all by myself. I wish the staff would have been more helpful on showing me around since I’ve never been to a PF.

Very clean, nice new equipment, friendly staff. What more do you want in your neighborhood gym? Oh yeah, a heated pool. For 10 – 20 $ a month you can’t beat it.
