This company doesn’t even deserve a star. I am disgusted by the«professionalism» of the District Manager Christine. People wonder why STC has such a bad reputation because their employees have nothing but bad attitudes. It is now no surprise to me as to why, the«manager» is training them to bad mouth their clients. Your employees should be more focused on giving your clients«the most luxurious experience» instead of gossiping about those who come through the door.

Staff was helpful and patient when I signed up, and are friendly overall when I stop in. Wait is rarely long unlike some of the other locations I’ve visited in the past.

I consider myself extremely tan experienced, I have tanned faithfully since 1978(another issue totally) I’m from Mass, so I’m used to some really awesome tanning salons, we’ll, that you just do not have here in NH. Well, needless to say, I’m going to Florida, and wanted to tan up here will staying in NH. I picked Sun Tan City, against my better judgement. The only thing good I can say is the place is clean… that’s it. Oh sure, they come off like they have some impressive equipment, to the«normal» rec tanner. I just joined a week ago, so it was end of march, I got those«free» which I found odd, and on April 1 they charged my account $ 84.00 bucks, well. I tanned yesterday at 1:30 pm. I went in for 9 am today(Saturday) and I was told I could not tan! Due to a «NHLAW» which 1. Was never, ever once mentioned! 2. This law states you cannot tan in a 24 hour period, BUT, THEREISNOTONEMENTIONOFTHISINTHESESHOP…3. There is no mention… BECAUSETHEREISNOLAW!!! I have the laws right here, updated in my hand. And NH is actually less strict then Mass is! Any laws on the books are only for 18 and under, THISCOMPANYISDOINGTHISANDMAKINGUPTHEREOWNLAWS, WHICH I RANRIGHTTOTHEAUTHORITIESAFTER, ANDTHEYCONFIRMED… NOLAW, WHICHISFRAUD!!! And this is obviously put into place to more or less skim from their costumers! It’s like a company who keeps that one penny,…it adds up over time! So I called and asked for a refund, because if was mislead and lied to. 99.9% of companies if facing this situation! would refund for lack of customer satisfaction… NOTSUNTANCITY!!! I just canceled my membership, they said NO, YOUUSEDTWODAYS!!! Big deal, deduce 10 bucks… but GIVEMEMYREFUND! NO! So off to ten bank, to get my money back… got it! Now, I AMWARNINGEVERYONEOUTTHERE! This company is like a cult! STAYAWAY!!! GOTOSUPERTAN!!! They are awesome, and HAVE A BUNCHOFSUNTANCITY’s CUSTOMERS!!! SOIMNOTTHEFIRSTPERSONTHEYHAVESCREWED!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with the attorney generals office! Let’s close down these companies that prey on people!!! Read for yourself!!! …

Went to get my first spray tan, and Ashley was SO helpful. She got me all signed up and taught me how to use the machine, all with a smile on her face. She also gave me some products that made my tan come out perfect! I will definitely be back if everyone there is as nice and kind.
