Supercuts

I have been going to this salon to have my hair cut for four years or more. For a while, I had a regular stylist, but since she left two years ago, I take whoever is available. I have not had a bad haircut in all of that time, the store seems quite clean to me, maybe a little dated, but not rundown or unpleasant in any way. The young women who work there are always cheerful, and greet people as they enter the shop. I expect to continue going there as long as I live in Stratham, the product is first rate, and the price is certainly right at about 20 for a haircut including tip.

I used to live in New Hampshire and I used to come here once a month to get my eyebrows done. They always came out pretty decent, I’d have a different stylist every time I went which wasn’t a problem. I wish I had paid attention to names because one day I decided that I’d get a trim and my eyebrows done. The girl seemed kind of spacey, but I give everyone a chance. First, she did my eyebrows… when she showed me the finished product I wasn’t happy, but decided those I could touch up on my own at home to my liking. Then it was trim time. All I wanted was a couple inches off. She washed my hair and offered to blow dry for $ 20 extra… which I should have done, but decided to let it air-​dry. However, when I got home and my hair dried one side was about two inches longer than the other… embarrassing! And there was soap she had missed DRIED in my hair. Eyebrows are fixable. But I am not a hair dresser. She messed up EVERY single thing she did for me at the salon that day. I will NEVER go back there. It cost me $ 60 and was the worst haircut/​hair wash/​wax of my whole life. Thanks, Supercuts. You should really test your employees on their abilities before allowing them to ruin other people’s appearances.

NEVER GOING BACK!
Salon is disgusting inside. Went in and walked out. The staff did not seem to care that I entered their business. Everything inside is run down with clumps of hair all over the floor it looked as though they hadn’t vacuumed in a year.
