I’d love to review the food, but I can’t since they don’t open on time! Tried to walk in at 1045, doors locked, double checked the sign, says they open at 1030, double check the time, it’s now 1046… Three staff members behind the counter staring at me… Not one makes a move to tell me anything or to open the door!

Had a great experience in the Stratham D’Angelos. The staff was very pleasant, the service was quick and the sandwiches were excellent.

I rarely write reviews for chain establishments especially sandwich shop chains as most of them are dreadful. In a pinch, I rushed in to this location of D’Angelos’s and ordered an Italian sandwich. I didn’t think there was much you could mess up on an Italian sandwich. Looking at the menu board, I ordered the sandwich as standard which means it comes with the regular vegetables, mayonnaise, oil, and pepperoncini. When I opened the sandwich once I arrived home, I was astounded to find a plain sandwich. No dressing. No vegetables. A completely dry sandwich that had half the amount of meat you would expect from a large sandwich. Although D’Angelo’s doesn’t shave their. meat and cheese so thin you can see through it(hello Subway), the sandwich was still«light» and dry, very dry. Just another reason to search out your local and non-franchised sandwich shops.
