The only reason I am giving this location a 1 star is because I have been trying to get a hold of the rep at this location for over 1 week. Not one call back I am a current renter of a unit I guess they were very quick to return my call when I called to inquire about renting but if I have any other questions it can wait. Hey pick up your darn phone and listen to your messages return my call!!!

First and foremost, I’d like to give Stephanie (Manager) a huge thanks for her help! She is by far the nicest/​sweetest person I’ve dealt with since moving back to Illinois. She is extremely professional, caring and will definitely go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met! She’s very reliable and punctual which is hard to find these days. The property itself is in a safe neighborhood so I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone who cares for that. All in all, I’m exceptionally satisfied with my overall experience! Thanks again Stephanie, you rock!

Amee the property manager there is the only person I will talk to! She knows her job and does it well! The property on the other hand could use a up-​date. Inside units are wonderful but the outdoor ones not so much. Rate increases every 6 months are a pain in the a**.
