I go to Starbucks everyday and am a gold member and today was probably the slowest service I have ever had at any drive thru across America. Usually if a long wait (more than 10 or 15 minutes) occurs they give you a drink ticket. This place does not. I’ll be making it a point to avoid this location when I am in the west suburbs.

It’s a Starbucks. Chances are that you’ve been to one and either love them or hate them.
This location is the same as any other Starbucks, however the staff here is above and beyond normal Starbucks staff. They are funny, care about you and will take care of you and your order.

The staff is extremely friendly & their speaker at the drive thru is so clear! It sounds random but placing orders can be frustrating when one of the parties can not hear each other. They are quick with the drink orders & so far my orders have been precise.
