Dunkin’ Donuts

Do not go here! They have never gotten an order correct for me. They don’t hand out straws in the drive thru. They don’t even know what’s on their own menu. Terrible terrible service.

What an awful experience! I came here this morning with a friend after a long hard night of drinking dancing and hating our lives. We woke up with hangovers and really wanting breakfast and coffee. We went through the drive through because we looked like crap and didn’t want the world to see us yet. As I was trying to read the menu which had about a thousand different things on there and I was trying to focus on what I could get in my tummy. The woman over the speaker kept screaming «what can I get you… what do you need!» I said «I need a second to read the menu!» After her fourth time asking I just picked 2 donuts and iced coffee to shut her up… she obviously really needed me to leave to help the dude behind me. I pulled up to the window and a woman slammed open the window barking «HI $ 8.28» I was so put off I gave her my card and said «Hi…credit card!» Its bad enough I was still regretting everything I did last night I certainly don’t need to regret spending my money in this place. She then slammed the door open practically through my crap at me and said have a nice day but felt more like she wanted to say «F.U. LEAVE.» I would have tried a breakfast sandwich but instead I went to Panera which is across the street. On that note I do recommend Paneras sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich because they will put it on any of their breads that they have. Their drive through is very efficient they give you time to read the menu and take time to ensure I get points out on my panera card so I can get free things in the future. They understand the people piece when it comes to drive through service! Dunkin… Take note please!

This is the location I usually go to. The service isn’t always great but it’s not much to stress about. But, occasionally they get my order wrong, and when I ask for them to do something about it, they don’t do much. They don’t even change my order and basically tell me to deal with it. So, the workers aren’t really accommodating to their customers.

This place needs to get their act together! Unfortunately the route I take to work makes this location the most convenient for me however their service is lacking. Always an extended wait in the drive thru and in the lobby. Should not be this way all other Duncan locations I go to do not make you wait this long.
