I have been a customer of T-Mobile since their inception. In the past couple of years their customer service has been terrible!!! Four days ago I went to switch to another provider but T-Mobile will not release me. I do not owe them any money have have NO contract with them. They just cannot seem to figure out how to switch me over. Thanks T-Mobile for making me more sure of my decision. Now just let me go already!!!

Very busy store. Went on a Saturday about two weeks ago. No greater to assist you when you walk into the store. Someone has to see you and then assist you. I was changing from Brightspot to Tmobile which will no longer be available 2016. Since Brightspot used Tmobile lines, I decided to stay with them and also the phones had no problem hooking up. i like to see in writing what plans were available. Nothing was on paper. We activated for a small fee but could not tell us exactly what the fee was for. I had sims cards sent to us by TMOBILE. One did not work and did not charge us for a new one. I love my window phones. No windows phones in Tmobile store but high end Samsung etc. My husband has a 521 and I have a 640 which I love. Ya they don’t’ have as many apps as android but I have apps that i want. Walked around looking at the phones and nothing around $ 100.00 for those of us who don’t want to spend + 600.00 on a phone. I saw no lower end phones. When I need a new phone will probably look at another carrier that will support the less expensive Lumia Windows phone and not just Android more expensive phones. I was not pressured to get a different phone.

Alway busy. I normally have to wait 10 – 15 minutes to be assisted. Once I’m assisted they are normally very helpful.

The store is small and lacks customer service. I understand T-Mobile is not Verizon or AT&T but they need to staff the location with knowledgeable employees. Kids just don’t cut it.
