I bought my Rolex BLNR from this family owned jewelry store and I haven’t regretted it since. The staff along with the family is very nice and helpful with what you’re looking for. The family is genuine, modest and very nice people. They’re more than happy to take your questions and explain the item to you. They’ve remembered who I am and that makes a big difference. There’s a special closeness you build with a business when they can remember you after one purchase and it shows how involved they are with the client. Although I haven’t been in there for awhile I’ll definitely be stopping by for my next time piece if they carry it.

Listen everyone, if you need an engagement ring or any other jewelry needs, you need to stop in at Sheiban Jewelers! I was in the market for an engagement ring for my wonderful girlfriend, so I stopped into the family owned store last Monday in Strongsville. After meeting with Chris, one of the owner’s sons, I felt like I was being helped with true sincerity.
Chris was beyond helpful and VERY knowledgeable. He did not push me for any sale that day and helped me pick the right ring for my taste and my budget. I told him I would call him once I was ready to purchase and with the tremendous service I was given, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. The best part of the experience was that Chris crafted the ring together for me himself in no time at all. At Sheiban Jewelers, they stand behind their work and don’t sell you some bogus warranty. The whole staff was friendly and genuinely excited for me when I came in to pick up my engagement ring.
Thanks to Sheiban Jewelers I really got an engagement ring I was proud of. And best of all my wonderful girlfriend turned into my wonderful fiancé! She said YES! Thanks to Chris and his staff for helping me have such a special day with the love of my life!

I was never a «watch guy» until I shopped at sheiban’s Chris helped educate me on the culture and the beauty of handmade watches but most importantly he said he would not sell me a watch that day. It shocked me when he recommended that I take my time when purchasing a watch, especially a timepieces such as rolex. This gesture truly showed me that Chris and his family’s establishment truly care for me as a costumer and didn’t try and fast sell me some product I truly did not want. so I did some research of my own and found the watch I truly desired
I went back to Sheiban’s a week later and spoke with Chris about the watch I wanted. He didn’t have the exact model and style I wanted but assured me he would have it ordered and delivered to my residence or I could pick it up in store. I opted to pick it up at the store and with a week I was the proud owner of a rolex!
I will definitely be going back for my engagement ring… And more watches of course!

I was looking for designer engagement rings for my now fiancé which are typically difficult to find because there are only so many dealers in a given area; luckily Sheiban’s seemed to carry all the major designers I was considering. I stopped in and sat down with Chris and Jason about different designers and pros, cons, popularity, etc — VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Decided on a Verragio engagement ring and initially felt overwhelmed picking/​evaluating a center stone but with Chris and Jason’s THOROUGHNESS I felt comfortable going off their advice on what was essentially a custom order ring… one shot to get it right.
When I picked up the ring I was ABSOLUTELY STUNNED! Ring is absolutely beautiful, fiancé cherishes it, and people comment on the ring ALL THE TIME!
