Yummm. We arrived for dinner and were surprised to be the only ones there! The waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. The mozzarella was fantastic. As visitors to the area, we were concerned with the food options, but this got the thumbs up from all members of our family(2 adults, 2 children).

Words fail to describe the misery one experiences when«dining» at this«restaurant.» Enjoy the ambiance of a man cave and the aroma of a tire factory. We waited an hour and a half to get our food despite the fact that there was just one table of four people aside from us. When we complained to the waitress she told us that at least they gave our kids their food first so it wasn’t so bad. The dishes themselves were mediocre to bad. Anything with chicken in it received a slab of stringy, dry, chicken-esque rubber. My wife got a side of mash potatoes that came in a bowl and was so watery and unappealing that we could only call it potato soup. Stay far away from this place if you like to eat within a few hours of placing your order.

This restaurant is not, and I repeat, not worth eating at. It started with no one in the place. Then the waiter, nice guy, but being unprofessional in dress and manor, served us a salad with«homemade» vinegarette that was made with balsamic vinegar only. Then the bread they served was so steel that you couldn’t eat it. The only part that earned it a one star is that the tomato sauce and properly cooked pasta was the only redeeming thing we ate but the actual dishes were not at all what was described. Pass this restaurant up. Not worth going.

When we arrived there were a table full of people sitting outside having drinks and dinner. We decided to go inside to check it out. It was completely Empty! But we thought we would give it a try since the other restaurants around were busy. We sat outside. Our waitress was great but she said she just started a couple of days ago. When she gave us the menus she said they were out of quite a few items. My daughter and I had the garlic & shrimp scampi flatbread and split the Caprese salad. The salad presentation was great but they used too much olive oil and no balsamic and they could have skipped the roasted red peppers. The garlic on the flatbread was super heavy on the garlic and the garlic was raw. The presentation for the flatbreads was spot on though. My daughter got dessert. The ice cream with expresso. That was the best part of the dinner as well as the shrimp scampi flatbread. My son got the fried ravioli, it had absolutely no seasoning. Really bad. My husband enjoyed the bolognese sauce on his pasta. Also, we were the only customers and it took an hour to get our dinner and another 20 minutes to get dessert.

Taking a break in a long day of travel, we were happy to find somewhere still serving at 8:30 on a Monday evening that wasn’t fast food. Unfortunately, that was where the good experience ended. We started with a flatbread. It took a long time to come out, and topping included raw red onion, not caramelized onions like were listed on the menu. No big deal, it tasted fine. After another long wait our pasta dishes arrived. The spinach ravioli special was only half cooked. Two dishes of the Pasta alla Vesuvio, promising mushrooms, red peppers and eggplant, included more sausage than any vegetables. The waitress explained, «that’s how the chef makes it». Ummm, but we’re vegetarian. Surprise sausage is not a welcome inclusion(even as a meat eater). Nor is barely warm pasta when you are the only customers. I wasn’t pleased to have to pay for this meal. If we’d had time we would have left and gone elsewhere. Ciro’s needs to lift their game. Note that two of the 5 star reviews are exactly the same, word for word. Suspicious.

I visited this restaurant last night with my best friends. Absolutely disappointed with the service at this restaurant! There were 2 young girls and a young man working. The young man spent the entire time that he was serving as a waiter playing with his cell phone and at one point, even took a call from a friend. We were given no pizza menu, even though there was supposed to be one on the table. The waiter wasn’t very attentive to us. According to the menu, we were supposed to have received salads and he never even asked us about them nor did he give them to us. The food is served in big portions, which I appreciated but it did not taste very good at all. I’ve had better, more authentic Italian food at different restaurants. Needless to say, I will not be returning back to this restaurant!!!

My brother booked a party of 20+ days prior. Waited 30+ minutes for our drink order to be taken. No one bothered to attend to us until my 2 year old daughter started screaming bloody murder(past her bedtime), at which point they arrived promptly to take HER order. Her food came in less than 5 minutes. Probably closer to three. After my daughter’s food came, we waited about another half hour before the rest of our orders were taken. Keep in mind we’ve been here more than an hour now, with a total of about 6 people in the restaurant besides us. We waited another 30 – 40 minutes, at which point my daughter was wildin’ out and everyone else in our party wanted to do the same. Once we had been there almost 2 hours I calmly told them I would not be paying for the meals we ordered, but only for our drinks. Their way of compensating us was a $ 13 bottle of Sutter Home wine. Thanks! We packed up and left, I paid for what we were served and left our waiter a $ 5 tip because it was obvious it wasn’t his fault and he felt terrible, Blonde waitress was rude and got NOTHING. Upon leaving I received a text from my sister-in-law who told me they waited even longer after we left and they had enough themselves. They refused to eat their 3 hour food and left it on the table, at which point the owner threatened to have them arrested. Do not give these people your money, bottom line.

At the Strouds Festival I saw Pizza being sold outside it looked so good we decided to go in & all I have to say is Amazing, My new place! Food was truly unbelievable I have visited ITALY& this is as close as it gets, the portions are huge like in Italy homemade salad dressing, a real good salad no iceberg lettuce this was beautiful arugula homemade croutons, homemade Blue cheese put on the side so I used the portion I wanted I hate when my salad is under a blanket of dressing, homemade tomato sauce it was on point like the one I had in The AMALFI Coast in ITALY, oh you have to try the Fried Mozzarella I could have eaten a hundred of these Love triangles, use to drive to NYC for my ItalianResturant but no more this is my new place, we had a waitress & I have to say 5service this girl was young but she was amazing!!! Thank you for providing such amazing foods & service!!!

Haven’t had a meal this bad in a long time. Ordered spinach and artichoke flat-bread — absolutely flavorless, tons of salt and pepper helped a bit but just bland. GF ordered penne with vodka sauce and chicken. Came out and it was rigatoni not penne. Chicken was definitely not fresh and was rancid… disgusting. Sent it back. I ordered linguine and clam sauce, and forgot to tell which sauce, came out red, no big deal. Pasta was angel hair. Really? To top it off the angel hair was clumped together. Wasn’t heated through and parts were cold. Was scared to eat it after tasting the rancid chicken. Its like whoever was in the kitchen really didn’t care at all. Will never be back.

I hate writing 5 star reviews. These guys won my business. I work nearby and have tried every restaurant in walking distance and these guys are my new favorite. To begin with: Friendly and super attentive service. These guys are new to lunch and are serious about being a downtown contender. They recognize you the second time you come in. They offer to let you try things. They offer to give you a glass of water to go on a hot day. They make well thought out suggestions regarding the food and they are anxious for feedback. Here’s where they get to a 5 star: The food is excellent, the prices very fair, the bread handmade and fresh, the sandwiches and salads made entirely to order, portions generous, outdoor seating is shaded with a nice breeze, just a class act all around. Every restaurant on the strip has their own take on lunch; these guys have decided to take an already excellent dinner menu and put the same effort into their lunches. Pay the buck and get one of the chocolate chip cookies. I’ve converted co-workers to Ciro’s fans with the homemade-style cookies alone. If he’s making those in the pizza oven he deserves his own television show.
