Dining area was disgusting. Tables were filthy and not cleaned off. Food and trash on floors. No staff members were cleaning up. My husband and I to sit at a large table that seats 8 people, as it was the only table that did not have garbage on it.

I’ve always had issues with this place. If they are not messing up an order, we have to ask for condiments & pay $ .25 for each. Just ridiculous. Staff usually has an attitude. Especially the managers. Talking to them about an issue is a waste of your time. Love Popeye’s food but visiting this location doesn’t make it worth it.

Horrible place with nasty people. Ordered my food through the drive thru. The lady at the window told me to wait in the front and that they would bring it to me when it was ready. 10 minutes go by and Im still waiting for my food so I decided to go in and see whats going on. The place wasnt busy, nobody was ordering and the one lady was standing there doing nothing with half my food just sitting there. I was so annoyed I told her if I would have known it was going to take this long I would have never came here. She then says, my manager was doing the order, walked away to take care of something and never came back to it. Then to top it off, I get to my car and she says, didnt you order extra shrimp and I said yeah and she said hold on one min, she want inside and came back with a small box of shrimp and 3 eaten shrimp because just their tails were in the box. Didnt look at food til I got home. Will never ever go here again!

tried this place twice now.
both times the people working (all of them) had an attitude and both the drink station and floor looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned and swept since the place opened.
there were about 5 people working there and I was one of 3 people in the place, so it wasn’t like they didn’t have the time to tidy up, they just don’t give a crap.

Food was room temp. Coleslaw had NO taste. Will not returning. Would not substitute anything for a bisquit that would not be eaten. Chicken tenders didn’t even taste like chicken.

Everything about this location equals Terrible.

This is one of them places were you almost feel like your on a hidden camera game show as a joke.
You have to repeat yourself many times to the person that has an attitude. Only to get the wrong food along with no condiments or paper towels after asking .
When you finally get the food after going back to the drive thru 3 or 4 times you may get a decent piece of chicken or possibly literally the breaking over a vine with no meet.
Stevie wonder can see that this place is ran horribly.
I wouldn’t waste my money again and rather not get an attitude because I’m trying to buy food.

DONT GO HERE!!! I saw a cockroach in the bathroom today. Manager didn’t care. Def won’t be going there again!

Staff is completely incompetent here. Our order was wrong, there were no napkins and when I asked for some napkins the staff gave me 3 napkins for 4 people and a box of chicken!!! I will never go back.

Best fast food fried chicken. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. Order is usually correct. Mainly use drive thru. Quick.

I was there about 6 months ago and had a very long wait, so I thought it’s time they get a second chance.
Today I waited 23 min. for a $ 20 chicken only order.
Good chicken for those who like standing & waiting.

Usually dirty eat in area… staff seems rude at times and always check your to go order… usually it is messed up!

The service at this store is horrible!!! I walk into the place dining area tables and floors were dirty!!! No lids for medium soda and napkins were all gone. Asst. manger said there would be a 20 min wait on spicy chicken that turn into 1 hour. The Asst. Manager offered no apologizes. Asked for refund and left. This place is run by a bunch of fools. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

customer service was awesome. very courteous. food tasted awesome. enjoyed the meal completely. would recommend to everyone. good eating.
