Cluck U is my favorite wing joint, hands down. There used to be a franchise across the street from my grandmother’s house. They shut down about 15 years ago so it’s been that long since I’ve have their food. It’s pretty close to what I remembered. I’m a bit dIsappointed that the garlic parmesan sauce was completely overhauled. It used to be a spicy, garlicky sauce with a hint of parmesan. The new formula is very herby and garlicky. It is very flavorful and tasty but I don’t see why it had to change. Otherwise, the three of us stuffed ourselves and had leftovers for less than $ 25. The honey bees are a must. Deep fried biscuits soaked in honey. Yum! We’ll definitely make this a must stop whenever we’re in the Poconos.

I love eating the Grilled Chicken Wraps here with Honey Mustard and Ceasar Sauce. Very Tasty!

Wanted to go to a place for a quick sit down bite to eat and was told about this place. I was a little hesitant at first to go to a chicken place due to my hate for kfc but i was pleasantly surprised! I had wings with their traditional buffalo sauce and they were definitely in my top 5 of best wings i ever had. And im a wing person, I typically get wings at every place I go. These wings were meaty, crispy, and saucy. So good! And the sauce tasted unique and not just straight from a bottle! Next time im in the area i will definitely be back!

I have been here numerous times, usually for takeout to bring home. I love the concept of this place, and how creative they are. The interior is lined with posters, memorabilia, and merchandise, some of which is for sale. The menu is very large and is expanding with each visit. The service was efficient. I love their traditional and their hot wings, since they are so flavorful, juicy, and inexpensive. I have also tried their tacos before, which were very tasty. Their chicken is fresh and I love their originality.

Great little place if ur looking for some wings on game day. They have a good selection of wing sauce and offer blue cheese & ranch dressing. Potato spuds are pretty good too! I choose this place for my wings whenever I’m looking for decent wings and don’t feel like going too far. I have found better wings with a bigger selection but it does involve a bit more driving and sometimes easy is just the way to go. I would recommend this place overall, however I wouldn’t expect to be blown away by its overall flavor. It’s wings & it’s quick, bottom line!

Love the dancing chicken, the food is terrible and the place looks dirty. Thumbs down. I was ready for a good knockoff of cluck u in nyc. I was severely disappointed twice.

Good wing place. Best in area and lots of options. Order no problems. I don’t order wings when I get pizza, make sure I stop here for them. I go with traditional and honey hickory. I like heat but don’t need to burn my mouth. Wings are breaded. Would prefer un-breaded option but still good. Reheat well the next day in the oven.

Absolutely must try traditional or atomic boneless wings! My two favorite sauces on the planet! Cheese fries or buffalo fries are very good also.

I’ve been a fan of Cluck U ever since my college days when we’d visit the New Brunswick, NJ location. Back then the top sauce was Global Thermo Nuclear and I won several bets by being the only person able to eat six of them. Needless to say, I was VERY happy to find a Cluck U out here near my work in Stroudsburg. I’ve had the 911 and it’s more painful than tasty but the Thermo Nuclear is perfect for getting the endorphins firing while not being quite as hot. I try to eat them as close to getting them as possible because they are still crispy that way. Go on Wednesday and they have 60 cent wings on the bone, which is the only way I eat wings. The reason for the five stars is that lots of places serve hot wings, but typically the meat on the bones and the true hotness of the wings is lacking. At Cluck U, ever time I’ve ordered, I get lots of heat and lots of meat. I do wish that celery and blue cheese was included though, like in the old days.

Wanted to have some wings for take out with my husband one evening. He loves spicy !!! So I figured we would give it a shot. They definitely completely screwed up my order and gave both of us boneless, which neither one of us is really a fan of. The receipt did not say boneless so they did hear me correctly. After I already got home I did not want to go back out so we just dealt with it. When I called to let the manager/owner know he was not the friendliest however he did offer to give us a complimentary meal next time. Did not go back though since I was disappointed with the food.

Thermo-Nuclear Dud I stopped by here on the way to Syracuse. I wanted to try the hottest flavor 911, but I didn’t want to go through the whole bit of signing the waiver and the minimum order of ten wings. I don’t understand why you can’t just order five 911 wings. I opted to go for the second hottest which was the Thermo-Nuclear. The five lonely wings were made to order and the quality of the chicken was good. This may be a very subjective opinion, but I didn’t like the sauce at all. It was extremely salty. It tasted like a whole lot of vinegar and ketchup. It packed a little heat, but nowhere near what I was expecting. Thermo-nuclear wasn’t explosive as the name suggests. It was a flavor dud. Perhaps, the other flavors are better.

Good chicken and spuds. Great deals. I wish they had a few more selections on sauces or flavorings. But still good.
