Love the atmosphere. Cider is fantastic! Misty and Matt are so friendly and Josh was a hoot! Looking forward to coming again!

I give this place five stars– we met the owner Matt and he was great! We got to taste four ciders and four red wines– as we sipped he talked to us about the process and described what we were drinking– both things I always enjoy hearing about. The tasting room has a great vibe– very laid back but hip. I was pleasantly surprised to find such good wine and cider here in PA. i left with a growler of the Gypsy cider(sweet, infused with cranberry and hibiscus) and a bottle of the Kracken red(blend of italian varietals). It’s a must visit if you’re in the area!

Absolutely the best wine tasting I have ever been to! To start, the tasting rooms were uniquely decorated creating a comfortable atmosphere. The owners, Misty and Matt, were entertaining as well as personable and very family oriented. The wine selections were wonderful. I personally loved the Mr. Matteo. As I have never been into ciders, I was a little hesitant to try but I have to say, they were so tasty! This is a definite stop if you are in the Pocono area!

Visited with my 2 best friends as part of a girls weekend trip. The wine was delicious, as well as the cider — I would’ve bought one of pretty much everything if I had my credit card! The owners — Matt and Misty I believe — were so nice and easy to talk to. We loved that they took the time to really tell us about each wine, and the personal story that went along with some of their wines too. Laid back environment and cozy tasting room. No vineyard to visit — but oh well. Their Chilean grapes are making some fantastic wine!

Great ambiance, extremely friendly staff, great wine. They were very accommodating and gave us their full attention even when there were multiple groups. I would recommend going for a great time, some great wine and awesome ciders, and some nice company.

Misty and Matt were super nice and friendly! My fiancé and I tried all of the wines as well as ciders! Tasty stuff! I’m not much of a cider or dry wine drinker, but these were delicious. I especially enjoyed the Poconos Mule cider and Mr. Matteo moscato. My fiancé loved the kracken. We’ll be back next Poconos trip!

After stopping at two other tasting rooms, we pulled up to this one and I knew we would love the space, judging by the side entrance area. When we walked in, the inside space did not disappoint. It is smaller than most tasting rooms, but they make good use of the space… super cozy. I loved it! We did the 5 wine and cider tasting which was $ 10. My faves were the white wines, including the pinot grigio which I don’t even drink pinot grigio… it was delicious. Misty put out some local cheese to sample with our wines and she was great company. Next we tried the ciders which I wasn’t in high hopes for. That’s because I find most hard ciders to be too sweet and I feel like I am drinking juice. That’s fine for some people who don’t want to taste the alcohol but I want that! As Misty says, it should have some of that alcohol funk in it! Well, to my surprise I loved both ciders. They were smooth and delicious and I could see myself drinking a lot of it. After we left, I wished we had purchased some but we will have to go back! This was easily our favorite tasting room in the area and probably all of Pennsylvania. My husband and I like tasting rooms where you can stay and have a few glasses of wine, after a tasting. This was that kind of place. It sounds like they might try and have more of an outdoor space, too, which would be great during nice weather!

Wow what a great tasting room with killer wines and ciders coupled with perfect customer service and a pleasant environment. It was our last stop on the wine trail(we only did 3) and by far the best. Misty and Matt(the owners) treated everybody like family. You could just sit and drink wine for hours. Can’t say enough how great this place is. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area!

I have to say that I am partial, but honest. Traveling to over 10 countries has helped me have a variety of experience with wines and ciders. The Misty Love is my favorite red. But each of these wines has their own unique bold taste. I can’t say I am a wine expert but I enjoy it! I have never liked moscato wines, but the Rowan Asher Winery makes a fantastic moscato! It’s light and crisp with a subtle sweetness to keep you coming back for more! The best white wine I have ever had was in a little town in Italy called Matera. It was homemade by an ancient Italian man who hand picked the grapes. The Mr. Mateo moscato is the first white wine to come even a little bit close! Their Cider is delicious. I’m not a fan of the Indian Head, but it’s brewed with chamomile tea so the idea speaks to me, but not the taste. To each his own:) The Sweat Gypsy is my favorite! It has a bit of a spicy bite, probably the hibiscus that is brewed in. It keeps you coming back for more, just like the Misty Love Red wine! The Oaky O’Shea is light and crisp. Great for a summer day or a chill Sunday afternoon! But don’t take my word for it, go and try for yourself!!! Enjoy!

We had the distinct, and utter(and you might even say RAW) pleasure to enjoy the fine wines from the Rowan Asher Winery. I will say up front, the thing that I love most about these wines is the raw factor! No sugars added. It’s a pure formula for authentic old world taste. Get taken back in time with Rowan Asher Winery. I was graced to indulge in 4 of their lovely wines. We’ll start with the 3 reds and finish with their only white: The«Rosetto Effect» was reminiscent of a solid Tuscan table wine. It’s the kind of wine that you’d expect at an Italian bistro wedged between a quartiere and cobble stone streets. It’s the taste of relaxation, and exactly what you’d expect with a great meal. This wine is named after a study done called the Rosetto Effect. It took place a number of years ago, because the people were so healthy and happy. The secret? Wine and lots of love! Look it up! The«98» was gentle at first, but took you on a journey of flavor as the tongue defines and distinguishes the flurry and depths of distinction. It’s a Malbec boasting matured Argentinian grapes and it is named after the year the owners were married. Like a fine wine, love and marriage matures with age! The«Misty Love» is their original Cab Sav. This is their roots! It has a smooth, raw and full flavor. Bold upfront and bold finish, but never overpowering. Unlike many wines that smooth out the ride with extra sulfides, this one has a pure and gentle bite reminding me that it doesn’t always play around, but it can. My favorite was the«Mr. Matteo Muscato». This lovliness was a fun and playful mouthful of light friendliness. Sweet, yet sharp, and a great pairing to my fluffy crab cakes, i couldn’t have asked for a better compliment. Especially with the end notes of sweetness, i was able to successfully, and happily skip on dessert. Molto bene!

Had a chance to taste their wine at a local event at mountain creek restaurant. Matt and Misty the owners are passionate about wine and you can tell that they enjoy bringing it to people. I was thoroughly impressed with their Misty Love Cab, the Roseto Effect, and mostly their Malbec. I still find myself thirsty for that wine. The oak in that Malbec sings to me. I live locally and will be enjoying their wine again, and again, and again.
