Ruby Tuesday

Came here the other day with my mom (we love Ruby Tuesday Burgers!!). There was NO ONE there. 4 tables, tops. Our waitress was nice, but not a very good waitress.
I ordered a Texas Tea, which was very good but too sweet for me.
I also ordered the Avocado Turkey burger. She thought I said chicken sandwich. So they had to take it back and make me a turkey burger. It took us longer to wait for my food than to actually eat.
I was about ½ way done with my food when she asked us about dessert and gave us the check. Hello… I just got my food 10
Minutes ago because you messed up.
Luckily, we had a coupon that made my Turkey burger free.
Everything tasted great, as usual — but service was severely lacking. This needs to change in order for this location to succeed.

We go there quite often lately and always walk away content. The happy hour beer prices are reasonable, the salad bar is great, the food is good. We also receive coupons to help with the bill. The personnel are friendly and attentive. What more could a guy want?

Came here for lunch before heading to the water park and everything was great. Our waiter was awesome and very personable. Food is just like any other ruby Tuesday. I always get the salad bar add on just because it’s more food than a side. Ordered the shrimp trio here and was tasty except for the Thai Poon shrimp which was a little salty. Also ordered the wild berry iced tea on the waiter’s recommendation and it was really good. My wife loves her ribs.

I stopped visiting for over two years because they had a special of 2 dinners for one, but charged me for 2 anyway. Anyhow, I decided to revisit with my son because we were in the area and to be honest, all other restaurants were closed down. I’m glad we did. The server Mason, was very polite and friendly. I had the raspberry ice tea and it was wonderful! Free refills too! We ordered wings as an appetizer and they were meaty, and cooked well. I ordered the fresco chicken, my son ordered the BBQ chicken fillet (forgot the name). Wow, these were the softest chicken we have ever eaten! I know, how can you cook a bad chicken? But these actually melted in our mouths. The sweet potato fries were also good. The food was plentiful, we were so full, we did not order dessert. Food was surprisingly very good and the service was fantastic!

Food wasn’t done properly. The waitress wasn’t in the greatest mood. I know you don’t usually like your job. But it is the one you picked!

Went here tonight with a group of 10. Great food, excellent service (Melissa!). Manager friendly and accommodating… can’t ask for more!

I arrived early for lunch on the day I visited. The salad bar was very inviting — clean, fresh, well stocked. Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered a steak which I found over done and tough, but the grilled zucchini was excellent and the salad was really tasty. In all fairness, I did not complain about the steak even when the waiter asked so take ownership for that. I’m not a fan of sending food back to the kitchen. Overall a pleasant visit. I’ll be back — I like the salad bar and it’s conveniently located where I’m staying.

I stopped coming here a long while back after bad experiences. We just started going again and I’m glad we did. Food is great, though we usually get the same stuff. The servers are awesome, love Mason and Ryan but everyone is great. Plus, there’s usually a coupon for bogo 50% off, can’t beat that. check retail me not…
One thing I wish they would change: the biscuit delivery…

My boyfriend and I went there today around 1pm. They weren’t busy at all. We had a nice waiter named Tyler. We got mozzarella sticks and they were cold and flavorless. We then asked for their biscuits which should’ve been out with the appetizer but came out at the end of our meal. So I ordered the crispy chicken bites and they weren’t crispy at all and again no flavor. My boyfriend got the regular cheeseburger with the wrong cheese. Then we got desserts. I got the regular old new York cheesecake and it tasted like it’s been days old… Maybe a week.
Its sad that we won’t be going here anymore cause the one I went to back home in New Jersey was delicious. Don’t come to this one. Unless you like no flavor.

Clean and decent prices. Nothing special going on here but nothing bad either. Small salad bar, but with the $ 2.99 you pay to add it to your meal. Good place to stop for food while out shopping. Will return.

I’ve given this place many chances and it seems like every time I go I regret it. The food is mediocre and the service is horrible. Every time I go it’s never busy, yet I seem to feel neglected with our server never to be found when you need a re-​fill. It’s not even the same person all the time, it’s always someone different. Won’t be coming here anymore.

Not sure if this is the right RT, but if it’s the one Nicole manages then it’s the BEST ONE in PA:) I had a party of 15 to feed twice a day for an entire week and we needed the food delivered to our location each time… It was on-​time and HOT every delivery… Even the fresh baked cookies were still warm and gooey when they arrived… Any issue we had was corrected the next delivery. One time the Sweet Tea was not sweet so Nicole brought a sweet tea to our party almost EVERYTIME afterwards ;) really made us happy since the first bottle had to be tossed…
The food was delicious… especially the beef sirloin and tilapia w/​shrimp… the biscuits were perfect… The salad for our diners was mixed perfectly as well… And I’m not exaggerating when I say the wraps were some of the BEST WRAPS I’ve ever had… I usually pass on them because they are always soggy and over packed with fillers I don’t normally eat… The RT wraps were fresh and the ingredients were delicious –even the cheese was good… I would suggest they serve the wraps with Chips instead of tortillas only because the tortillas don’t stay fresh for too long…
Overall we had a wonderful experience getting RT to cater our family vacation and will most definitely use them for our next trip to the Poconos… and thanks again Nicole for going above and beyond to make our experience with RT as memorable as the trip itself… All of my guest were talking about how good the food was & that made me very happy.

We don’t go often (maybe 2x a year) but when we do it’s always been a really dependable meal. Today’s lunch service was impeccable and place was clean.
Had the salad bar and Buffalo Mini’s. Really good. Fresh fruit raspberry tea was so refreshing! My only complaint would be a few month back they changed the menu and got rid of a few of our favorites. The oriental potstickers are gone, as well as the fish tacos:(But we’ll return again — great meal.

Been going here for 9 years it has had its ups n downs but seems to have passed and new staff very friendly n nice n the good is amazing especially the salad bar and RIBS best I have ever had!!! I get great coupons and such every month love it n best part for us locals it’s quiet n no New Yorkers or tourists :)

Place is just awful, you would think they care about what people think but they don’t !! Servers are lowsy and or rude. Food is yuck ! I see many complaints on here yet see no changes yet. Ban this joint and open an ihop or Applebee’s. Here’s to hoping people check out Unilocal more often !

Since I’m a member of the So Connected Club I had a coupon for the free cheeseburger for National Cheeseburger Day, we decided to go. It was not busy at all. The hostess and waitress was very nice.
We ordered. It took forever to get our food. The waitress came to tell us the food would be out soon. The table next to us went looking for someone to give their payment to their service was so slow.
The food came. I’ve never had such a bland burger in my life. I added salt but it still had no flavor. They must have cooked it without salt. They served the burger without ketchup.
I had ordered a baked potato instead of fries. They served that without butter. What kind of restaurant serves a baked potato without butter or asking if you want butter?
I also ordered a raspberry iced tea. Tasteless. This is one of my favorites. Awful!

The food and drinks are always great … the service is always friendly!
I have been to many Ruby Tuesday’s and this one is the best.
Me and my husband usually stop in for a quick lunch and sit at the bar … we always enjoy our time there!

Place was not too bad. The burger was a bit to greasy and salty. Service was great. Will come again.

Bad service. Stay far, faaaarrrrr away. I should have read the Unilocal/​Foursquare Tips on this restaurant before walking in or choosing this as our stopping place for eats.
First walking in, it took five minutes before a hostess even bothered to walk up to seat us. A major no no.
The waitress was so full of energy when she first greeted us at our table, even though it took a few minutes longer than most to walk up to us. She took our orders, brought us our drink and then the good service disappeared out the door.
The bus boy brought us our food. It took her 15 minutes after our food arriving to even fly by, asking if the food was okay without really seeming like she cared.
The food was okay, for a chain restaurant. I got the Hickory Bourbon Chicken with as side dishes Spaghetti Squash Marinara (which was surprisingly tasty) & fresh grilled zucchini.
The hubby got Parmesan Chicken Pasta, which was good but so heavy. Definitely nap time after eating that dish.
The food was okay, but its the service that brings this review way down in stars. Definitely take all the tips/​reviews you read about the service here in to consideration before walking in.
