A Great Fence

Don’t waste your time or money!
We selected A Great Fence based off of the reviews on Angie’s list and could not have been more disappointed with the customer service and employees. A Great Fence was scheduled to come out on a Thursday to replace an existing fence.
My husband and I both work full time and have been scheduling other installs like irrigation and sod around the fence installation. A Great Fence never even showed up or called on the day they were scheduled! We had to call them to find out where they were and were told they were backed up on another job but would «try» to come out next week. After many phone calls trying to secure a date of installation, they finally showed up and installed the fence posts in front of our new sprinklers and practically touching our newly planted palm trees. I wish I could upload a photo to give a better visual. I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind taking it upon themselves to decide (without even contacting the homeowner) where their new property line should be.
This company had a total disregard for our time and were unapologetic throughout the whole process. The supposed «GM» had the nerve to call my husbands email «unprofessional». We have never been treated so poorly.
