Surf Central has always been an honest company with good customer service. I had brought in a board to be repaired and was quoted $ 50 dollars. When I called to check in the progress I was notified that it would actually cost $ 75 dollars. I told teh manager Ryan that I could not afford this and he personally called their repair guy and got the quote lowered and recieved no profit from the board. I really appreciated the customer service. Thank you!

While this surf shop has eager and friendly folk to assist you… They pulled a major customer service no-no. Being visitors to the area, we called ahead to find out how much rentals cost. They quoted us $ 20 p/day for the softies, and $ 40p/day for the hard tops. Once in the store the selection was less than impressive and they doubled the price per day on the soft tops and said the hard tops were now $ 50 per day. Don’t businesses usually try to cut you a deal when you rent more (I.e. Muttiple boards, multiple days??) anyhoot, off we head to O’Hana were they offered us a great deal. Lesson learned? I hope so.
