Amazing service, most particularly by Dwayne McKoy. Hertz went out of their way to help us on short notice with a van, provided pick up/​return service both ways and was MOST reasonable in price. The place we were staying «has a contract» with another rental agency, that starts with A as in Assholes. When said rental agency couldn’t/wouldn’t provide a van for the day we needed it, we went and found a rental agency that wanted our business. We’ve rarely used Hertz here in CA, but this experience may make us think twice in which rental service we do use when needed.

Horrible– stay away– too many hoops to jump thru– we couldn’t put car in one name and charge with other registered drivers credit card. Thus, couldn’t use AAA card and had to pay extra for child seat!!! Mind you, this was all done via phone TWO WEEKS AGO!!! So now that we are here, speaking with an absolute idiot who doesn’t give an F about any concerns or problems– seriously don’t come here!!!
Ok so we ordered a child seat — what they gave us for a 10 month old I wouldn’t trust my goldfish to be safe in!!! IT WAS BROKEN!!! And the attendant had NO idea how to use it or instal it by only saying «I don’t have no kids»!!! Then charged AAA for it even tho we refused it!!!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
