Panera definitely has a major problem with being consistent with there food at all locations. I often choose Panera when I am out because of the healthier food choices verses other fast food. Service was ok here, quick but not friendly. I ordered a pick 2, soup and salad. Soup was cold and served with a plastic spoon, that’s fine for take out but I ate there. Salad had little to no dressing.

I originally planned to give 2 stars because the food is good. That is most of the time not always. I have used Panera on and off for years as I am a rep and place big lunch orders. I have used all of them on the Treasure Coast. Port St Lucie, I’ll go in from time to time to meet people and it’s fine. The problem I have is with the catering ! They are all robotic, they act very funny when you want to place a catering order as if you’re about to conduct a national summit meeting. «We need 24 hours» «it’s a very defined process, order online». People I’m talking about lunch for 8 people with several hours notice. Ok after over a year of no Panera I decide to give the new Stuart location a whirl. I call 24 hours ahead and order 2 deluxe trays(the over priced tray includes 10 half sandwiches, salad, chips and cookies).(Says it’s enough for 10 but looks very weak for 10). I go to pick it up the next day. Very few customers, no one at the counter. Two employees(one looks like a manager) are talking and don’t seem to notice that I’m standing right there, very close. After a few min I let the girl kind of facing me know I’m here to pick up an order. «Oh let me get the catering manager» another 5 min or so pass and finally a lady wheeling a cart through says she has an order for Lesley(I’m the only one standing at counter). I ask if I can add on an ice tea. She says sure, proceeds to ring me up. I add tip and sign. I ask if she out my tea on «no, your tea is $ 2.12» ok. «I wanted it added on, «I say. She replies«no we can’t do it that way.» I say never mind. I ask if she added on my Panera points. She states«no I didn’t find a match» I asked if we could do it now, «no I rang this through at 5:30, I cannot process it now.» She let me know I could go online and do it(most likely I won’t do that for self explanatory reasons). Bah to Panera. Robots who have no customer service skills, barely can communicate to people, and this is just one example. There are many experiences that have convinced me I’m better off spending my lunch $ with people who act at least like they care and appreciate my business. If this is the way they’re trained it’s really too bad.

Portions very small. — less than 3 oz of chicken on chicken salad and panini — quality has gone down on food also. They should have two sizes on portions — petite for weight watchers and hardy for the rest of us.

Worst Panera EVER ! Ordered online for rapid pickup, order was to be ready at 5:03, sat there waiting until 5:10 as they seemed frazzled, there was my bag sitting on a back counter, they said someone had to check it, watched 3 people check it, unbelievable-able! Why even bother ordering online ! Get with the program Panera, St Lucie West location is a million times better !!!

Always excellent. Over the past two years probably have been here 2 to 3 dozen times at lunch. Never had a bad experience, ever. ;-)

I’ve had Panera several times but today was the last time ever! I ordered the Italian sandwich and when I was putting mustard on it I noticed the amount of steak. It seriously about the size of a quarter. When I asked the girl behind the counter she promptly took the sandwich and threw it away and said please talk to the manger. Well the manager told me it was a portion size for the steak. Wow then try to make it look like more than a used tea bag!

This location is a mess. I have catered larger orders for clients from this location several times. I have also used this location for personal meals on several occasions. I will not use this location again. EVERY time there was an error in the order. The last straw was the entire side orders of bread were left off and also the lemonade. They have on two occasions charged my card separately for items NOT received or even ordered… for which the manager refunded after I noticed in my statement a week later. This location needs to start over with staff and get up to par with the rest of the treasure coast locations.

Decided to give Panera Bread at this location another shot, after my review 3 months ago I stopped going and gave my business to another business elsewhere. I was so hoping today that they had gotten better and I would gladly rekindle my breakfast relationship with them. Was very disappointed to see that NOTHING has changed. Today was THEABSOLUTELASTTIME I WILLSTEPFOOTINSIDETHISLOCATION. When you have a customer in front of you, YOUHELPANDATTENDTOTHECUSTOMERINFRONTOFYOU — NOTEVERYONEELSEEXCEPTTHEM. They have zero sense of urgency for my time and I have zero intention of spending another cent there. Hope the Panera that is slated to be built in Tradition will be better… certainly couldn’t be worse.

Stopped by here on a Sunday. Service was very good. Place is usually very crowded but there is always a table available. Place was clean and the bagels were good. Asiago cheese is my favorite. Can’t go wrong with this Panera Bread location.

Seriously! 5 and change for watered down clam chowder? Where is the clam? or any other ingredients for that matter? Too bad I went through the drive thru or I would of returned it!

What a disaster. I’ve never been to a more disorganized Panera. Walk into this one and you’re greeted by a sign that says to order to the right… For the coffee/tea/pastry customers perhaps. But not for lunch. If it wasn’t for some snobby customer telling us we were in the wrong line we wouldn’t have known. So when we got to the right line(which was not on the right after all) we ordered and then at the pick up window they told us they lost all their orders. At this time, someone asked me what all 5 of us ordered. So, I started to spit off the order. Then she said«Why don’t you make this easier for both of us and just give me your ticket?» My thought was«Why didn’t you ask me for that in the first place???» Meanwhile, the lady making my smoothie is screaming off the order from the other end of the restaurant. Good thing I have no problem hearing … By the time we all finally sat down, my Caesar salad was tasteless, probably due to the lack of dressing. Everyone else seemed to be happy but we did notice that at this location, they didn’t ask whether we wanted chips, apple, or bread. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I was very disappointed! I went to get an egg sandwich; it was 11:10am I was told that breakfast was over and I had to order lunch. I’m sorry but on a Saturday morning I don’t eat lunch at 11am much less any other day. What happened to customer service? What happened to caring for your customers? What happened to making it easy to do business with a company? We finally went to Cracker Barrel and had a wonderful breakfast without any rules as to what I can and can’t order. It always amazes me how many businesses just don’t care anymore about the customer. Thank God for the internet where the customers now have a voice again. Sorry Panera Bread you just went on my last place on my list to try for breakfast. Panera Bread appears to be a glorified Mc Donalds, or should I say over priced. Customer server & and Caring about customer wants an needs gets«0 stars rating» from me.

Simply over priced cardboard tasting pastries and average coffee. Those that rave about this place haven’t experienced good food and quality coffee. Salads aren’t bad but everything else is just very average. Cafeteria food describes it well.

I love this place because it’s like one of two places that has wifi in the tri-county area. Hello, Stuart, it’s 2010! The Interwebs is calling and they want you to get people on it! Sometimes chatty people want to be all chatty cathy with you, so if you plan on getting some work done, snap those headphones on and face away from everyone. Sitting in that little covered side room helps. I feel bad but last time some creepy-creeperson dude started asking me all these personal questions so I had to email my bf to call me so I could make an excuse to get out of there. See ya!

After chem class there is nowhere I would rather be then here. They have the pick two where you get half a sandwich, salad, or soup. I like the Asiago Roast Beef because the horseradish sauce that it comes with is boss. I pair it with the Creamy Tomato soup and a French baguette. You can’t go wrong. They have a bakery too. I like the cookies and the cinnamon scones they have. It’s around 10 bucks every time I go there but it’s worth it.
