Always a really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I do try to give the small local places the first crack at my money and I am rarely disappointed here. Yeah for the big stuff and mass purchases you might have to head to the big orange or blue signed warehouses but the service will be sorely outmatched. I prefer to deal with people who know what they are talking about and eager to lend advice or walk you to something I have poorly described in all my home improvement adventures. Definitely my first stop.

Extremely nice folks working here! They even remember me and what projects I’m working on, and ask how they’re going — even if I haven’t been in the store in a month or two, they still remember! And they give good, honest advice.
Minus one star simply for the fact that it’s a small store and sometimes they just don’t carry what I need. I do try to shop here before the big boxes, but sometimes Rocky’s doesn’t quite cut it.
They also have a nice rewards program — sign up is free, and you get coupons in the mail!
