Let me start by saying the customer service was really great here, but nothing could make up for the fact that the pizza here is not good. The so called«crust» they pride themselves on is really poor. It’s too doughy, has no flavor and isn’t well cooked. Seems odd to name your restaurant after your worst attribute. The sauce on our pizzas wasn’t great either. All this adds up to some unhappy customers who grossly overpaid for Crust’s self-proclaimed«gourmet» pizza. Nothing gourmet about this spot. I prefer Quickie’s Pizza around the corner. Much better prices and excellent crust.

First time to crust on December 27th, for lunch, and the pizza was great… the service was okay. Small restaurant with limited seating, very casual interior. It feels like a take out/delivery service really. I had the pepperoni pizza on whole wheat crust and it was delicious. Pizzas are a tad pricey. Staff seemed indifferent and more interested in watching the football game… not very attentive when ordering, tables were dirty, and we had to ask several times for a plate. I’ll go again for yummy pizza.

I love this place. My co-workers and I order from Crust Pizza at least twice a week and have yet to be disappointed. Their pizza is delicious, whatever is in that pizza sauce should be illegal, because it’s addictive. Their salads are always fresh. Oh and my personal favorite, the Artichoke Parmesan Bake! A-MA-ZING! Super friendly atmosphere. Staff is friendly when we dine-in, love that I could get a good beer with my dinner. Their delivery rocks also! Fast and efficient. Pizza is still steaming when they deliver.

Amazing pizza, one of the best I’ve had in the valley. And they deliver. We ordered the veggie and margarhita and they were delicious. Not pricey at all for gourmet pizza.

My husband and I finally tried a delivery order from Crust Pizza. We haven’t been into the brick and mortar shop yet, so we went off just the take out menu that had been left on our doorstep. The citrus salad was a spring lettuce mix with arugula, mandarin oranges, feta cheese, basil, walnuts and a balsamic glaze. We found it a little too light on the feta cheese and basil for the price. The vegetarian supreme pizza had a nice crispy crust with plenty of grilled eggplant, artichokes, baby spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and baby mozzarella balls. The pesto aioli was just right. It was an okay value. We are die-hard Mazzarino’s fans but wanted to give this place a try. The pizza is lighter than Mazzarino’s but still flavorful. They also added in the $ 3 delivery fee. We might order again.

They remembered the basil! Hahahah. Had the opportunity to give this place another try and I was very happy to do so. Ordered the Margherita again, which tasted a lot more fresh than the first time around(read the first line again). Also had the Pepperoni, which also tasted great. Definitely will reorder soon!

Overpriced, mediocre pizza. I won’t be going back. There are many pizza places in the area. This place just doesn’t do it for me.

I ordered a pizza online as a surprise for my friends and I had to call in to make sure that the driver got a tip. Anthony was so helpful and when I asked if he could write something on the box he had no problem with that. My friends LOVED their pizza. I will absolutely be ordering from here again. Good pizza and customer service!

Work catered from here, and it was pretty good. The artichoke parmesan bake was amazing. We had a variety of veggie pizzas which were also pretty good! But if I had to order myself I would just get the artichoke parmesan, that was a very rich and satisfying dish. The garlic bread was more like pizza without the tomato sauce. It was not really«bread.» Maybe it was flatbread, it was pretty dry and crispy. I didn’t understand what it was supposed to be. For that kind of thing I think I’d have been happier with pizza hut breadsticks. The brownie was pretty good, but very dense! More like fudge. Couldn’t have finished more than 2 pieces of it.

Went to this place based on some positive reviews. I was sadly disappointed. I asked the girl when placing my order over the phone to please start my pizza in 10 minutes since I was coming from Santa Monica and wanted to pick the pie up on my way home. When I walked in I was neither greeted or acknowledged. Sure enough my pizza was cold and it looked like they were rationing out the cheese because I got ¼ coverage over the pie. super sad experience, don’t believe the hype.

Crust pizza is sooo good. We usually order delivery at work on Fridays and get the basic toppings. We get the vegetarian one gluten free, margherita, and pepperoni. They are also really good. Yesterday we decided to order from here for a movie night at home and decided to try some new flavors. The thai shrimp and chicken florentine ones were so good. I don’t normally like complicated toppings on pizza but these pizzas were an exception. I heated up the leftovers in the over today and they were just as good as they were when fresh. The gluten free crust is amazing btw. It’s more flavorful than the regular crust and easier to eat. I don’t usually request gluten-free anything but I’d rather have the gluten free crust here than the regular. I would recommend you try it, although it is an extra charge.

I finally got to try Crust out. I had my hesitations but I got a great coupon and decided to order for delivery, plus they have their app(very convenient)! Delivery guy came on time and the pizza was piping hot. House salad: very tasty Had a medium sized pizza and had half and half — Szechuan shrimp and spicy chorizo on wheat crust: both sides were delicious — tasty and tangy Molten chocolate cake: it was ok Not happy about the delivery fee(since they never had it before). I asked the delivery guy and he recommended the Cuban. Will need to try that next time. Why I didn’t give the 4th star was that it was on the pricey side and then he delivery fee on top of it.

Good pizza but terrible customer service! Called for delivery and was told that they changed the management and they no longer deliver to my house which they did several times before!

Pizza was very hot! Special bag technology they use to make sure it arrives very hot. I burnt the roof of my mouth. Pizza was yummy, I got the gluten free pizza crust which wasn’t the best I’ve had. Kinda chewy. But everything else was great.

Pizza is just okay… Seriously nothing special to come back again for the overwhelming price. Reno’s pizza down the street has by far better taste for half the price. The Unilocal reviews give this place four stars; however they seem to remove a majority of reviews and list them under«not currently recommended» for whatever reason to hide the true customer experience. TIP: Save yourself time on finding parking and money by going elsewhere for better pizza… This is an overrated Little Caesars pizzeria… Don’t say you were not forewarned… This place was better before, but something has clearly changed as listed by other reviews.

Excellent pizza! We go a margarita & a cheese pizza for the kids. Only issue I have us with their drink selection, not much to choose from & I’m not a fan of coke in plastic bottles. Still gets 5 *‘s from me! Food is great & service is outstanding! Thank you Crust!

A solid 4 stars for the food, but a 3 for the restaurant. It was definitely not what I was expecting once inside. The restaurant is tiny with a few small tables, A large TV and some patio seating in front. There is no alcohol, boo. We both wanted a brewsky to go with our pizza pie. The pizza was fantastic though! We ordered the meatball pizza and both kinda died. It was excellent. We also got a free dessert with our Unilocal check in. We decided on the chocolate caramel soufflé and that was great too. I would absolutely eat their food again but maybe pickup or delivery. There is valet or meter parking if you can find it.

Two days later, still dreaming about this pizza. Never have I written a more worthy five-star review. We got a large-size pie for about $ 20, and we split it his side/her side: mine– Pesto Chicken, his– Napoli Meatball. The Napoli meatball stole the day. With pepperoni, bacon and beef meatballs all piled high on this bed of cheese, it was love at first sight. The Pesto Chicken was a delicious healthy alternative, with thin slices of grilled chicken breast sliced so that they cover the pizza(not precooked strips like you may assume would be on a chicken pizza.) the pesto plus round balls of bubbly hot goat cheese made for a wonderful meal. You get a FREEDESSERT for checking in on Unilocal!,which we actually passed up because the pizza was so good. Our leftovers were post gym snacks the next day. Incredible x2. First review of 2015.

Just ordered delivery through grub hub. Food arrived in exactly an hour. Delivery man was super nice. We ordered the meatballs on Hawaiian rolls — so good, Caesar salad — yummy, and cheese pizza with olives and ground beef — hot and fresh! Will definitely repeat next time kids want pizza!
