Connie is the worst lash technician ever and she owes me money! She’s an unprofessional crook. I use to go to her a few years ago and her work was fine, recently I started back going to her and her work has become very poor. When I first started going back to her I purchased a lash package. The first two sessions she did a horrible job on my lashes, piling them on top of one another and giving it the cluster look. Furthermore, the lashes that she used were hard and stiff. She even had to reschedule my appointments. Still I’m being patient and thinking well maybe I’m not clearly articulating how I want my lashes designed, so I attempted to schedule another appointment, because I had already purchased the package. I text and called Connie she didn’t respond then two days later I text her again no response, finally a week later she responded (let’s not forget I already paid her). She responded with no apology and we scheduled the appointment. After the appointment was scheduled she texts and cancels (being patient I agreed and rescheduled) the next appointment she texted and cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment (being patient I agreed and rescheduled) the next appointment 30 minutes prior she called and cancels (being patient I agreed and rescheduled). With all of this poor customer service she never offered any complimentary services, so I asked if she would be able to perform a complimentary set of bottom lashes, because of my inconvenience (I’ll inform you that she only charges $ 15 bottom lashes, so I’m asking for a &15 service for all of the unprofessionalism and inconvenience she subjected me to.) she never responded. I then asked her if she could just process my refund and she agrees. I also asked her to inform me when she processes it, she never informs me, so I contacted her again to ask her if she processed it and she says she did. This was October 8^th and it’s now October 23^rd, still no refund and she won’t respond to my texts (which are a little more unpleasant at this point). Bottom line Connie is an unprofessional crook.
I have friend who had the same experience with the lashes and has decided to never return to her

She found me on Facebook, apologized, and promised to send me a refund. Even corrected me saying it was more that she owed me. I promised to take the reviews down once she did it. Well, got the PayPal status and her assurance it would work…& then payment failed. Guess I shouldn’t expect much

Love getting my lashes done here! I do have long lashes to start with, but after years of using mascaras, they got kind of thin and barely noticeable. Now, after my extension I feel like I got my eye definition back. Connie has a great hand, it’s always a pleasure to see her for my fill. Definitely recommend!

LOVE this place! The go-​to for lashes! Great service, great location, easy parking, staff is wonderful, place is clean, and service is top notch! All of the staff does a fabulous job, but I personally go to Connie. I’ve had my lashes done for the past 9 months now, and I am completely addicted! A little hesitant at first, but Connie did such an exceptional job, and I was so impressed by how natural, long, and thick my lashes were, that I can’t help but continue with this treatment. All of the ladies there do such a wonderful job, and I wouldn’t trust any other lash company to make me look as beautiful. Everything is super clean, and everyone is extremely professional, so needless to say, clean salon, clean products, and highly trained staff, can only produce fabulous results. Fringe Lashes is the best. I’ve been going to Connie for about 6 months now and can say I’m a lifetime customer. She does an amazing job and always does my lashes how I ask, even if it changes each time I go in for a fill she makes them look how I want (longer or shorter, more natural or fuller). She has great prices, is quick at her application (yet always makes it look like she took much longer than she did) and is an absolute sweetheart. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my lashes and 99% of people don’t know they’re extensions, they just notice how great they look! If you’re thinking of getting eyelash extensions this is the place to go!

What can I say but THE BEST of the best in lashes in LA. I’ve heard horror stories from other people that have gone to other «professionals» but no one can say anything about Connie, but give her praise! I started going about 8 months ago and was completely surprised how much they made my eyes pop and how many compliments I received. She is amazing and I cannot wait to see the new store! Connie is a true expert in her field — she is amazing! She’s quick and always does a great job. She also has a great eye for what looks best for every face and eye shape. She’s done my lashes for the past three years and I would never go to anyone else. I always feel my most beautiful after a session with Connie and I recommend everyone try her lash extensions at least once!

For the past two years I have gone to Connie at Fringe Envy as she ALWAYS does an amazing job. I have been wearing lash extensions for at least 5 years. I have had good lashes and bad lash experiences and FE is by far the best. Beautiful lashes, clean & Fast (I can’t lay on the bed too long — they always get me out in under an hour– which is perfect!)
