My computer froze today and I was unable to work at all. I was very lucky because I called Mark and he was able to log into my computer and fix the problem remotely and immediately. He also checked my system and made my computer much faster.

We used Mark for the first time this weekend. My laptop crashed. My work laptop. Yes, all was backed up in the cloud, but I had zero access. We weren’t sure if it was the operating system or the hard drive, but any time I can’t access this computer is a real problem.
Mark came over Friday morning. Very polite. Very professional. I instantly felt confidence. He had the laptop back here early Saturday afternoon. Ahead of schedule and fully recovered. This guy is really good. And very nice.
He’s coming back next week to fix our wi-​fi situation.

I would rate 10 stars if I could. I have a home office and Monday morning my working computer crushes:(I tried to reach 10 different computer technicians with highest stars from the Unilocal,and guess what — no one answered the phone! Mark took my call. He was very time efficient and sounded very professional over the phone. Without losing a second, I took my PC to his office. It took him approx. a half hour to diagnose the problem. In 2 hours I had my computer fixed and running great! He took his time to explain what was the issue and what to do in future to raise the quality of the PC. He is one of those great professionals who does not use all those hard-​to-​pronounce-​remember computer terms. Instead he explains everything in simple verbiage, which means he knows very well what he is doing, and the client does not feel a dummy:)
Thank you Mark! You were great! I am definitely going to hire you in future for networking my office computers.

Mark came out to my house twice and fixed my laptop the first time, second time hooked up a greatApple Airport Wireless and did everything so fast and explained how this allworks to people like me who are not tech savvy. Definitely would recommend his services and will use him again!
