These Guys are Great, after a couple of calls for pricing to fix my I Phone 5 Screen, they came in the lowest, after meeting them and seeing how they treat there customers I would have paid more.
Ended up trading my phone into Verizon for a IPhone 6 for me and my daughter, went back there and got 2 Screen Protectors, 2 Protective Cases and Mophie. The prices were better then the big brand stores. They even helped me out with my new phones when I didnt get it from them. Rare to find great customer service, I will be back, hopefully not to fix any screens but for any issues that might arise.

This place saved me. Michael was the guy who helped me out from start to finish, from when I called to get a price quote, til the end. As far as my research could see, they matched the cheapest price I could find out there for an Iphone 6 screen fix– $ 109.99 (*if no LCD damage). He took my phone right away and had it ready within 30 minutes, but held it for me for a couple hours as I could not get back right away. Super friendly & quick service. Gave me a deal for a screen protector as well, and is going to replace it today free of charge because of a VERY slight tiny scratch I found on it. Really nice guy, really nice place! Will take my phone back here if I need to, which I hope I dont!

Wow, what a great find in Studio City, my very own hood. Tucked into a small corner strip mall, this store and its proprietor offer a fast convenient way to replace that broken iPhone glass that might have promenade. Took the phone in and in a half hour it was expertly done on my 6 ½. The store is all loaded down with numerous goodies like cases and other such stuff. Do keep this guy in mind and save a trip to the mall.

David is amazing when it comes to phones. I had an issue that no one else can fix not even Verizon. I went through about 5 vendors in order to get my issue fixed. Nobody even bothered with my problem. No matter how big or how small the bill is… he stuck with me through thick and thin and took care of me like no one else. Thank you so much David for making my life easier and saving me tons of money. My phone fell form the balcony from the 4th floor and now it looks brand new and fully functional. I feel like I underpaid him for his work so as a remedy I tipped him because I felt embarrassed.
HIGHLY recommended!

After calling and stopping by numerous phone repair shops we were about ready to give up on my GF phone. Then we found smartstop. Her screen was badly cracked but was fixed as good as new in under 15 minutes!!! We were also hooked up with a nice and sturdy case. Open til 9 which also helps a lot. Will definitely return.
