I ordered my sandwich on line and walked over from my hotel to get it. It was fresh and ready waiting for me. Tasted really good and the sandwich artist was really cool.

Bread was hard & burnt, one of the employees had a cold and was sniffing/sneezing all over the place. I asked for«just a little mayo» and the guy proceeds to drown the sandwich in mayo. Poor service, won’t come back to this location.

I went to this subway and I got the best service. Elsa was the sub artistes, When I came in after a long day I was hungry and very tongue tied, I could not put my order into words. Elsa was like a mind reader, she said what I was trying to say when it came to my order, She is a very nice person and very helpful. P. S the sandwich was good too Thank you Elsa

Our sandwich expert was right on the money! The bread was perfect and not over baked and dry like most Subways. This is one of the best, staff, clean, and fresh.

This is an efficient, friendly subway location. I don’t understand why there was«free valet parking»…it’s not like there was a busy restaurant in the shopping center. The other other restaurant was Amir’s Falafel. Anyways, you can just pull into one of the empty spots, they don’t track down your car and demand you to valet it like they do in ktown :| Stay tuned for their monthly specials… their prices seem to always fluctuate. What used to be $ 5 footlongs now become $ 5.50 footlongs, or $ 6.95 footlongs, go figure. They marked our sandwiches«G» for girl and«B» for boy… no joke. LOL

Just stopped off at the Subway on Ventura and Colfax and picked up a BBQ chicken sandwich for lunch. Not that many people in the place for 1pm on a work day. But the staff behind the counter greeted me nicely and made my sandwich promptly. The sandwich was a little spicer that I would have liked, but it was still good. This Subway has a small parking lot out front, and there is plenty of seating. A good place to grab a quick lunch, I was in and out of there within 5 minutes.

Would give less stars if possible. Brian and Matthew were working tonight. Brian was making our sandwiches. I specifically asked for oil and mayonnaise, he added balsamic vinegar and when I said I didn’t want vinegar he and Matthew insisted that it would make my sandwich better, give it more of a italian dressing flavor. I said I don’t like italian dressing, and all Brian said was«should I cut your sandwich or not?» I said no, and he just put it to the side. No apology, no offer to remake the sandwich, for his mistake. Brian and Matthew seemed to find it amusing though, which I did not. They also didn’t have avocados, and only 3 bread options to choose from, and only had chicken noodle soup, when sign said they had broccoli cheddar.
