Although I love the sandwiches, this location has a horrible inventory system. They are out of something every single time I come, most of the time multiple things. Very disappointing when you have a taste or mood for something and they don’t have it.

No tomatoes! They have a Trader Joe’s right next-door! Very slow time, could send somebody over. But no. Twice as much money then Subway, for the exact same thing. But no stinking tomatoes! It’s a shame that their manager will never read these reviews, because he obviously doesn’t give a crap. He knows that People will come to which which regardless.

Awful. You have to fill out a form to order a sandwich? Isn’t that why you have staff? Place was filthy inside. Staff was rude. Doubt this place will be in business much longer.

I had never been here until recently, but have been a few times now and am particularly fond of their muffelata sandwich. One time, though, I ordered it(online) with some specific changes to it. I didn’t check the«olive salad» option as that’s what makes it a real muffelata. I figured they’d automatically put it on. However, when I got the sandwich home, there was no olive salad on the sandwich. Idiotic. That’s like ordering a turkey sandwich, not checking turkey and getting home with no meat. Then 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 sandwiches online at dinnertime. My roommate drove the 2 miles to the store(which is in a terrible location for parking), and when he got there, there was a sign on the door that they were closed. No explanation as to why. He called to let me know and headed back home. In the meantime, someone from the store called and said that they were closed and wouldn’t be able to fill the order… would it be okay to refund my money? Uhhh…well…do I have a choice? I actually said that to him, and he uncomfortably said, «no, you don’t.» He then told me that the manager would refund the money when she came in in the morning. I said fine and hung up. The next day he called and left me a message that if I wanted a refund to call and speak to «Jackie» about it. I wasn’t sure why I needed to call them to talk about a refund when they had all my information(and subsequently the main office was able to do it without me giving them any financial information), so I didn’t call back. I went to their website to write to them about this experience and they never responded. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have my refund so I went to their website and again reported the problem. Someone from«guest relations» finally wrote me back and said they’d take care of it, and they did. Then today, the store manager, Daniel Villafuerte, sent me an email saying: «Good morning Eric, just wanted to clear up the issue with your refund, I called you the day we were closed due to the ceiling falling in the store, after I informed you of the registered [sic] being closed already, I said I would call you the following day for the refund. I called before 12 noon the following day and no one picked up, I called again two hours later and left a voice mail asking you to call me back when you had the chance so we could issue the refund. If you’d like to go through your bank and disputed the charge that’s fine, or if you’d like to give me a call to the store id issue the refund through here. If you could please have the receipt so you could read back the order for me that would be great help.» 1. He did not say he’d call the following day for the refund. 2. He did not call twice, my phone logs all my calls… there’s 1 call at 12:30PM(I still have it on my answering machine) 3. Why would I «like» to go through the hassle of contacting my bank when they should have issued the refund two weeks prior? 4. By the time he sent this email, the main offices had already taken care of it. Very poor accounting and business practices. Now that I read some of the other reviews, this particular branch needs some customer service skills! Through all this, no mention, ever, of any coupons or discounts for the trouble.

Can I give this place a negative star? The customer service is ridiculous. I witnessed a customer get cussed out and had the door slammed and locked on her face by an employee. I was not sure if they were filming a movie or if it was real life? Worst customer service award goes to Which Wich. Congratulations to the idiots working on January 14, 2016 and the manager(Daniel) who listened to his employee vent with disgusting profanity while doing absolutely nothing :)

I had the most awful experience at this location today!! I have never ever experienced such harassment where an employee curses at me and to top off her professionalism made a RACIALSLUR. It all began when I walked in and asked to see a menu, this employee’s unprofessional response and ill-manners following her response set me off!!! II asked to speak to the manager. She shouted«well he isn’t here» then threw a business card at me and said«there’s his number.“She then demanded that we step outside so she can«handle this». I was blown away! As I began to walk away, I noticed her frantically making a phone call, so I turned back to hear she had the audacity to call the manager(Daniel Villafuerte is the name listed on their business card) as I’m standing there, and is speaking about me, while she continued to curse. I couldn’t believe my eyes or my ears. What kind of employee in their right mind would ever treat a customer like this? What kind of management would ever allow an employee such comfort to call and speak about the situation in this manner?! I can only imagine the allowances the manager makes for such behavior. I am in utter disgust! I am going to make certain that I report this to BBB.

I feel like this place is a hit or miss depending on who is making your sandwich. Some days, it comes out looking perfect. Other days, the bread is breaking apart, the sandwich is rolled in a way that all the toppings fall out, etc. Also, MOST of the employees seem to not really like their job too much. I used to work at Subway — I’m not speaking out of the crack of my a$$. Yes I had rough days during the lunch rush, but I still greeted guests as they came in, had an upbeat tone to my voice, and smiled as I charged them for their sandwiches. Save one male employee that always smiles when he hands me my sandwich, these employees don’t really smile, aren’t very responsive, and seem to not really want to be there. I only keep going here because it’s close to my work, and I like the 10 sandwiches = 1 free sandwich punchcard. Go here if you need some fuel and/or want a lot of choices in meats/veggies. Go to Subway if you want a better customer service experience.

I walked into this place for the first time not knowing they were closing in like 7 minutes… They were super cool and didn’t give me an attitude because they were closing. Seeing that I’ve never been to one before, the guy working showed me what to do, and my sandwich was really good! I’m a fan of this place!

Normally a decent experience and a decent sandwich. But today not so good! I clearly have someone else’s sandwich yet the manager is arguing w me instead of just making it right. When I asked for his supervisor he says he reports to no one. Yes, his exact words. But when I asked if he owned the chain he said no and proceeded to give me a generic email to contact«those in charge.» Absolute FAIL sir. I have been a loyal customer since the day that location opened and you completely deny that somehow I have ended up with the wrong $ 15 sandwich. Wouldn’t it have been easier to just take care of the error on a future visit than turn me into someone who will likely not step foot into a WW store for a long time? **update: someone who monitors their Twitter saw mention of my recent experience and emailed me. She says she tried calling, but oddly I had no missed call nor a vmail. After over a week of waiting for a reply to my email, there is nothing from them. Wow — either your«ASAP» is really slow, or your customers really do NOT matter! That was my second chance and you failed even it.

3 stars might be too good. Place was unkept, had to clean our own table with a rag that was left there. Seems like floor hadn’t been swept in days. There was only 1 girl working at the time, she was polite. I ordered the«meatball sub» while my friend got a «beef cheesesteak». Both didn’t live up to their name. The marinara was like ketchup, meatballs were dry and tasteless. The beef was bland. House chips were mysteriously tangy, could only eat half the bag. 1st and last time there.

WOW!!! I will star off by saying that I am at a friend’s house, and they went and picked it up to eat at home. The five stars is based on the sandwich alone, not the customer service. I do like how a person can«design» their own sandwich. Can’t blame someone else if you mess up your own order. I ordered a turkey sandwich with ranch, pepper jack, avocado, pepper, and garlic! What I received was HEAVEN!!! I worked at a deli, that will remain nameless, in Canoga Park, on Sherman Way. The place that I worked at had good sandwiches, but NOTHING compared to Which Wich. I started this review after taking one bite! AMAZING guys! Keep up the perfection!

I got myself a fake crab bowl with all the veggies and some crushed red pepper. The bowl was gigantic. I only ate half and saved the rest for later. It’s that big! The flavors were magnificent & everything was fresh. I did find two banana pepper butts in my mix but that’s not a huge deal to me since the flavors were so fresh and tasty! And you know I checked in on Unilocal for my free cookie! The cookie was also super tasty! Five stars all the way!

While I do like the sandwiches here, I wish they were open for breakfast already and had faster service. I have yet to get a sandwich in faster than 15 minutes, not really acceptable. I usually go for one of the veggie options and add pretty much all the toppings they have which ends up being a huge sandwich even in the smallest size for $ 6. Great value if you do load up, toppings are fresh, good sauces. Service is nice, just needs to be faster. Clean location and plenty of seating.

Once I picked what sandwich I wanted, I walked my bag over to the cashier area under«pay here», and was greeted by empty air. I see a team member standing at the back counter cutting about 15 avocados. Not once does she look over and say anything, or acknowledge my presence. I was thinking do I rudely interrupt her from her important duty of preparing guac, thus risking mystery ingredients or dropped bacon? Or do I wait till I am worthy of her attention so I can pay for my food, and get back to work? I wisely chose the latter, and waiting for what I will now call my Female Dom to acknowledge my measly presence. Five minutes later I get excited as her gaze is finally directed in my direction, and she turns to walk to the register. I divert my gaze for fear of offending my Dom, and meagerly hand her my bag with Ultimate BLT checked. In all seriousness, the sandwich tasted ok(maybe not worth $ 8), however the service was simply horrendous. My other office mates had similar treatment, as they didn’t even have sliced egg for one of the salads they ordered. This is mid-day mind you. I used to be a restaurant manager, and I know what is takes to run a restaurant. There are obvious failures happening at this location, and I desperately want to like it. However, the service is just downright shameful, and I will no longer be going here. I find it interesting that I can’t even report the name of my Dom, because they use generic titles on the register. So whoever was on Aloha 5, thanks for introducing me to a life of being a Sub. Next time save it for the appropriate setting.

I really love this place. Tried the BLT on Sourdough bread with Chipotle Mayo and Avocado. Great combination. And, the Bacon is actually crispy, the way I like it. Not rubbery. I love the artwork on the walls from the customers’ drawings on the bags. Free cookie with Unilocal Check-In here is a plus. The cookies are yummy. Will come back again to try the new Bacon Shake. They have an Ultimate Bacon Giveaway going on right now for free Wiches for a year. I love their quote, «Have a Lot More Bacon in Your Life». Yes!!!

I love this place! Best to-go sandwiches hands-down. I’m subtracting one star for this location because there’s really bad parking, The second star because the last time I went I ordered online thinking that would save me time since parking is so hard to find, but when I went in to pick it up there was only one sandwich of the two that we ordered: it wasn’t that it wasn’t ready, because they had 40 min to process the order, it was that they completely missed the second sandwich on the order and didn’t even apologize to me. Also they should really offer to stamp your card instead of you having to ask them.

Only one person working behind the counter so service is very slow. Tables were all dirty, no lids for drinks and the sprite is out. Not a good impression. Wow, wrote review and still waiting for my food. 15 people waiting and only one employee. This is amazing. I do feel bad for her, she is trying hard. Finally got my food, roast beef sandwich. SO salty made me sick. Had bacon on it… they use bacon bits, gross!

I was impressed by this place more than I probably should. I’ve never encountered a sandwich shop that offers such an unique experience. Here’s the thing. It’s like one of those build your own yogurt places; and I like sandwich places where you don’t have to wait in line! You choose a bag, they offer a ton of ingredients, and you get to customize your sandwich from a variety of baseline options. I chose the ingredients, so if it tasted bad it’s my fault I guess lol. Luckily I got everything I ordered and I loaded it up with all the veggies at no additional cost! Subway has like ten ingredients, and witch has I think like four times that! I ordered a medium roast beef. It was enormous for the price! I think it’s absolutely charming that you write this over the sandwich bag. There is also a Merrill of bags that have been colored on! It was a great atmosphere for the price!

Horrible customer service — can’t get order right and they just don’t care! Step one: give me a sandwich with no cheese Step two: see that my sandwich should have three cheeses Step three: remake my sandwich with two cheeses Step four: refund my damn money

Very pleased with the food here. I’ve been coming here for years now and the sandwiches are definitely good. When you check in you get a free oven baked cookie and I usually get the chocolate chip one. Definitely better than subway. Very large sandwiches I felt the medium(10.5 inch) was far bigger than a foot long at subway. They don’t make small sandwiches. Even the 7″ small can fill me up. All in all a good selection of sandwiches, and just an FYI the roast beef is a tad salty so be aware of that. But the turkey is my favorite. Friendly staff and they serve ice cold Coca Cola! Highly recommended!
