Wendy’s

OK let me start by saying WTF! I go to this Wendy’s for 2 reasons. 1 its after I get back from the bar and its on my way home to eat the other. Its just close to home. It pisses me off that I had to tell the kid running the register twice no mayo, but as soon as I get my chicken sandwich the only thing it had was mayo!!! The hell!!! So I return it wait another 5 mins for my sandwiches (thank god I had fries to eat other wise I would have said horrible things). As soon as I got those they were plain when all I wanted was lettuce and tomato. So I the short less complicated way in say this is you want to get pissed today go to this Wendy’s!

Drive thru much quicker then going inside. If you drive in from the street instead of going around the backside of the gas station it’s less awkward of a turn.

This wendy’s always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your food and its not even correct half of the time. I only live a mile away and i love wendy’s food but after waiting 28 mins for my food at this one, i now drive 10 miles to the wendy’s on hwy 11 by walmart

I don’t often write scathing reviews. In fact, I don’t think I ever have. I am not interested in putting a guy out of business and I understand all businesses and all people have bad days. But this place off the 94 exit ramp that says Racine and is across from the Racine Visitor’s Bureau, is disgusting and is having not only a bad day but a bad year and perhaps decade. And it’s a true health hazzard and the health department needs to check it out and possibly shut it down. If its this filthy in the front of the house. God only knows what happens back where the food is being cooked.
I start with the Citgo gas station attached to it where I loaded up with gas but had difficulty seeing the meter as it was so worn and faded.
Then I went to the bathroom with my two small children. Why I didn’t walk out immediately, I don’t know. There was a small poop on the floor and everything else was filthy as well. I can’t imagine when they washed this thing last. The bathroom is in a hallway midway between the Citgo gas station/​mart and the Wendy’s. And neither side seems to be interested in cleaning it.
At the risk of showing my incredible lack of judgement, I then decided to order Frosties for my kids. Perhaps the woman behind the counter heard me yelling at my kids, «Don’t touch anything!» while I was using the restroom because she gave me my Frosties for free for no other apparent reason. But then when we sat at the table to eat them I saw how sticky the tables and chairs were and the floor was so full of crumbs and God knows what else, we left immediately. Terrible, absolutely terrible! Do not stop here no matter how much you need gas or to go potty. There are other options across the street. And honestly, a bush would be a better option than those bathrooms.
