Carpet Carousel Inc

These people are just awesome. we had used them years ago and then after the floods of 2010, our basement carpet was sorely in need of replacement. The fellows that came did an unbelievable job. we had taken some of the carpet up but there was lots more to do. It turns out the old carpet was glued to the floor so they had to deal with lots of lumpy uneven spots and fix them before installing our new carpet. It looks so great I nearly cried when I saw it. We have also used them for cleaning. Spots came out that I wouldn’t have believed. All in all, really nice good people from Shawn and Melanie in the showroom to their installers and carpet cleaning team.
BTW, one time I went to home depot for carpet for the basement stairs because we were tight on money. you get what you paid for. it lasted 3 years before just falling apart with the heavy traffic of our family and dogs. the prior one from Carpet Carousel had lasted more than a decade!
