Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Sudbury

Loved this hotel. Everything was comfortable, clean, and updated with charming elements. I had a great stay!

We had our wedding at the Wayside Inn and stayed at the Fairfield Inn down the road. We had a block of about 12 rooms and everyone enjoyed their stay. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very nice. Their complimentary breakfast was good and it was a convenient way to meet up with everyone in our group that was staying there. I live close by so I can’t imagine another occasion I’ll need a hotel room in Sudbury but I would highly recommend this hotel to other people.

Best Fairfield I’ve ever stayed in by far. It easily outranks many more expensive hotels and was a welcomed retreat after a long day of travel. The location is near the Wayside Inn complex which is a beautiful example of New England’s best.
The hotel is tastefully decorated in traditional New England style. Breakfast was included and while fairly standard fare, it was fresh and nicely presented in a peaceful dining area. Service was outstanding.
We will return if ever in the area.

Route 20 isn’t exactly a major thoroughfare, so this property location seems a little odd. I don’t quite know why it’s here. But here it is and it was inexpensive compared to others in the Marlborough.
The hotel has a few ballroom/​meeting rooms set up including one that is used as overflow for the free breakfast. The breakfast is nothing particularly special but it is consistent across the Fairfield chain with scrambled eggs, some sort of breakfast meat (something pork and something not pork), yogurts, breads and a toaster, coffee and juice. It’s not great, but it is good.
My room on the third floor was quiet and comfortable with a firm mattress and a work table that had enough electrical outlets to power my devices. The room cleaning was good too.
Wifi was terrible in the evening hours, but my T-​Mobile had four bars so I was able to use that for backup.
Overall, a good property. I’m a fan.

My husband and I were made to feel special for our wedding day, night and received a gift from the inn and a sign at the front in the lobby mentioning our wedding and shuttle service which was very convenient. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us and our families. Thank you!

GREAT hotel. After staying at the Marriott Newton, this was way better. Felt very new, classy. Was totally impressed for a Fairfield. Very clean. Totally recommend.

It was great to stay here at this hotel in the suburbs of boston. It’s a smaller hotel with a smaller parking lot. Upon arrival I picked up my keys after mobile checking in via the Marriott App. The Room was great, big bathroom, tv is flat screen and the overall room is modern. The door does not close shut sometimes, and you need to shut the door manually. The walls are a bit thin but I turn on the fan on the HVAC to filter. Also take a room facing away from the street for a quieter sleep. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Lots of room to sit down too.
