Great place to walk nearby. I hiked on Friday and found Tipling Rock and it was a nice view. I tried again on Monday and got lost. All the trails forked without a sign. I ended up on Rt. 20 and had to walk back to my car. Fortunately a nice lady saved me a mile and drove me to my car saying the same thing happened to her friend. I called the scout organization and told them they need to mark the trails better.

So I don’t know the real way of using a map and compass. Well, I do need to go buy a real compass first and foremost!
The trails are not dummy proof. There are not much signage or trail markings. Trying to follow the map that somebody printed out was not very helpful — as in it didn’t 100% correspond to the layout.
So yup! We got lost in there! We are not smarter than a boy scout!
