My husband and I gave her 2 chances: her first chance she was rude to my husband when he brought our four year old son in for an appointment. She was callous and cold when asked to simply fix the noise piece on the glasses. She did everything except call him a liar when he explained why the lenses were scratched. The lenses were not why they were there. My husband wanted to immediately find a new eye doctor for our son, but we agreed to give her one last chance. Sometimes people have a bad day and we did not want to go through the work of moving if she was just having an off day. Well, the second chance was worse. She actually put down our four year old son for his education level in front of him AND his sister, as well as my husband. She also told a four year old he had bumps on his eyes: he still isn’t over that one. In addition, she gave him a prescription that was in incorrect and tried to blame us for this! She double booked appointments when we tried to come back; she made it impossible fix the situation. At the end my husband told her we would be taking our business elsewhere as this facility is not friendly towards children. A few days later, I asked for the warranty information for his glasses, to which she said she would only give that information to me if I physically came in… Which meant an hour drive with three children under the age of 4! If you are considering this business that’s fine, just don’t go for the customer service or quality of service. I will update this review should the business reach out in any way.

What a fantastic place the people are incredibly nice not to mention a local company which means they are more willing to work with you they care about each individual client I’d much rather support the little guy in a big company wouldn’t you?
