Cozy Nails

I enjoyed my time here. I called to ask the price of a mani & pedi prior to bringing my mom because we are transitioning from a place in Congers. I was told $ 23. Turns out the lady forgot it was Thursday and its $ 29. I asked if they’d honor the $ 23 price this one time and the answer was no. We decided to stay, but was a little disappointed in the customer service response to that. My experience was great. The woman who did my mom’s manicure tried to up-​sell her, so I had to intervene. Wish that didn’t happen. Otherwise I recommend this place.

Place is unbelievable in the bad way!
Everybody is in a rush and don‘t have respect for long time customers! Attitude from Boss was very nasty at my visit last night, not even mentioning how many times I just kept quite. Service is on your own risk!

Came in for a pedicure. Not very good. Rushed and was on the rough side. This place is hit or miss depending on who is doing your service.

Go at your own risk. You may get a decent mani/​pedi; you may not. All depends on if you’re a regular and know who to ask for. If you’re like me, an occasional customer, who is regular enough to have a «Cozy Nails» frequent customer card however, you may get saddled with whomever is available. Unfortunately, today, it was with a nail tech who spoke NO English. She had no idea how to do the service I asked for. I caught her first mistake before it was too late but she ended up making another mistake later and a different nail tech had to redo the job. This is ONLY after I demanded to speak to the owner, who basically shrugged her shoulders and said, what do you want me to do? Perhaps hire people who can communicate with your customers for starters. Last time for me.

Great Products and even greater service can be expected from this place. I went to Cozy Nails, because my girlfriend asked me to get a manicure and pedicure with her. As a man, I tend not to do these things, but because my girlfriend insisted, I went to Cozy Nails.
As soon as I came in, I was greeted very nicely. All the staff were smiling and eager to help me. They did not make me uncomfortable at all, especially since a manicure and pedicure (manipedi as people call it) was not my cup of tea.
As I came in, I was put into a massage chair and the staff went to work. I felt so relaxed throughout my whole visit. They massaged my lower legs and hands, and held great conversations. This friendly atmosphere allowed me to relax even more, and I wished it never ended.
I would recommend anybody who needs to get a manicure, pedicure, or whatever you need done to come here and check this place out. If my girlfriend asks me to go again, I don’t think I’ll hesitate.

Why do I keep going back? Disappointed once again. Rushed through like cattle. My finger nails came out bubbled up and my pedi was barely a pedi. Sorry, Cozy. This was the last time. The help needs to be a bit more courteous and act like they want to work.
